“T this box is horrible. The last three times I’ve turned it on. I’ve got nothing but buffering absolutely nothing I emailed wanted to return. It asked how I could do that. No answers the worst.”
“You guys advertise on the 6K box? It is plug and play spent 2 months since I purchased this. I'm watching canal flight on my brother's box. Because the box I purchase from you still does not work. You guys are hard to get ahold of on your customer service very unhappy with this purchase. Customer service should support a lot more than what it does need to work on that tremendously. You need to provide better instructions on how to hook this box up if it is not plugged in, play The Way you advertise.”
“Well,it is not good for me ; it is always buffing and stoping. I have customers service they have tried, I have loaded, the VPN and that is not working either so I will just deal with it maybe it's just where I'm from I need a new box.but I am tried of calling every day.but it is not good for me so far.”
