“They respond to my emails really fast and the product is perfect! Made a mistake and forgot to put in my house number when I placed the order, contacted their customer service and they always replied within a few hours. And the service provided was really good, the team is thoughtful and double-checked the updated address with me. Apart from that, they followed my shipment and provided the tracking link to me without me even asking for it, saved me from trying to track the parcel endlessly repeatedly and unnecessarily. I just want to give a big compliment to their service quality! As for the product, many people are complaining but I don't understand them, it works really good and I'm like the iPad I purchased so much!”

“I have already ordered my second mobile phone from TechInTheBasket at a significant price advantage and I am very satisfied. The delivery of the first phone (Xiaomi) took a little longer(9 days), whereas the delivery of the second phone (iPhone SE) only took 6 days. Conclusion: Despite the somewhat longer delivery time for the first phone, I am very satisfied. I have already recommended the price advantage to a few friends.”

Also, although I was told that the Samsung A51 is an international version, it works perfectly and I'm quite satisfied with it. Not expected it to come so fast since those complaints about late deliveries online, but somehow I receive the parcel in less than a week! And the price was so good, that is truly impressive! Not able to make many purchases since digital products are expensive, but I will still choose Techinthebasket next time.”
