“I was initially worried because of some of the negative reviews but the product arrived within the stated delivery time. I bought the airpods pro for a good price and when I checked online and they were legit so overall excellent service.”

“Absolutely wonderful service. I was able to pre order items was kept up to date with each step and recieved items on the exact date I was given. Bonus of receiving them at discounted price. I have just found this site and wouldnt look any where else now. Thank you for the excellent service”

“Good packaging product delivery without any issues but the item was delivered a little delay of the promise date. Not as quick to arrive as some amazon deliveries, but for the price that hardly mattered.”

“one mistake but still good I have been purchasing devices from Techinthebasket, the experiences have been really good, and the products are always perfect. This time I was unfortunate and the shipment encountered the delay caused by Christmas and then the New Year. Had been contacting the customer service, which is always kind and patient, really clams my verses. Yeah, this experience might not be so wonderful but I believe their have been trying their best.”

“guess they are not to blame Today I finally received the iPad I ordered in early December. It was meant to be a Christmas present but maybe I took my action too late so the parcel got stuck and stuck for a long time due to the holiday season. Luckily, their customer service team keep updating me about the order, even provide compensation for the late delivery.”

“Looked them up on the internet and didn’t like what I read but I emailed them again and they responded that there would be a delay. If their delivery time had been faster they would have got better reviews but I'm still satisfied. Good.”

“I ordered an iPad 8th generation on the 28th December, didn’t receive a tracking number until the 31st and now I have received my iPad on 5th January. They came quicker than I expected and the product is all legit ✨ but I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that their communication could be better with regards to Facebook messages and emails. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic and I do think deliveries are slower over Christmas. This was worth it though”

“I was very worried about purchasing, after buying airpod pros I checked the recent reviews and they were pretty trash. I constantly checked the the delivery status and it said that there was a problem and I instantly thought it was a scam. However after being patient, my package arrived in the promised 6-11 days and it was legit which I also was really worried about (kept on watching YouTube videos to spot fake airpods😂). Now, I cant speak for other people's experiences but I got the hint that its an amateur company just trying to fix its negative reviews. As long as they carry on fulfilling their promises I would recommend them though I'm getting the feeling they're quite inconsistent with their dispatching and I was just lucky. Hopefully that changes if they genuinely want to be a good company.”

“When I ordered my Ipad pro I had read the indifferent reviews and placed my in full knowledge things could go wrong so ordered appropriately with my credit card, so if all else fails I am protected! I ordered with Techinthebasket on 28th November simply because the ipad pro 12.9 inch wifi 256gb was over £230 cheaper Apple and it arrived on 24 December. Yes it was late, but better late than never! I would both recommend Techinthebasket and buy from them again allowing more time the next time.”

“The pad was £50 cheaper than anywhere else on the market, and it’s real, but it came later than the delivery time scale. Product is perfect and cheaper than anywhere I looked.”
