“A regular customer I have been purchasing from Techinthebasket for about 2 years, there never was any problem with the shipment and the parcel always comes without any trouble. If I have to say something, the delivery is not fast...not a problem for me though.”

“gets better I once ordered from this website, the parcel came to be in about a month, it did not bother me but surely it is slow. Last week I try to purchase again, but this time I received the parcel in only about 3 days! And the product is perfect!”

“Ordered a Boox Note 3 on the 15th of November, I have been immediately provided with a tracking number that never worked... the item never arrived. I have been given all sort of excuses... after almost 2 months I applied for a refund and also here excuses... In the end (after 2 months), I had to claim my money back through PayPal. Honestly, I have been buying online for a long time and I never experienced such a terrible service. You judge...”

“Apple iWatch delivered with no problems. Great company, despite the reviews I thought I would take a gamble and they did not disappoint. The delivery took like 3 weeks so a bit longer than expected but you can't complain given the price saving they are offering. Would definitely recommend.”

“one mistake but still good I have been purchasing devices from Techinthebasket, the experiences have been really good, and the products are always perfect. This time I was unfortunate and the shipment encountered the delay caused by Christmas and then the New Year. Had been contacting the customer service, which is always kind and patient, really clams my verses. Yeah, this experience might not be so wonderful but I believe their have been trying their best.”

“guess they are not to blame Today I finally received the iPad I ordered in early December. It was meant to be a Christmas present but maybe I took my action too late so the parcel got stuck and stuck for a long time due to the holiday season. Luckily, their customer service team keep updating me about the order, even provide compensation for the late delivery.”
