We have filed a lost parcel claim with the courier, and will refund the compensation offered by them.
The courier has advised us of a compensation of £10, and this amount will be transferred to you through the payment method used to place the order.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the loss of this parcel.

I've received a smartphone that was only for indian market (low prices due to this), now I have a half of apps in hindi.
No warranty in EU, the phone it's not recognised by the manufacturer here.
The clearance was made as a dock station with 19$ value, so they don't pay taxes (low prices due to this).
I have bring them the possibility to refund and solve the problem but the customer service is like a bot from 2000's, they repeat constantly: "Pay by yourself shipping costs, and take the risks of the shipping. Pay 38$ of fees and after that maybe we will refund you completely.."
I've decide to report the to the authorities for violation of clearance declaration, violation of warranty terms, violation for importing in EU of products not certified in EU. And of course will report the situation to the legal office of the phone manufacturer too.”
“Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Item ordered in mid-November as a Christmas present for my children, didn't arrive until mid-January. No tracking information available on the parcel. Had zero response to any of my emails to them until I opened a dispute through PayPal at which point they sent a generic email blaming the couriers. Refused to give any compensation for the delay in delivery. Worst customer care I've ever received. Do not buy from them.”
“I would not recommend It is a Chinese company. Which does not inform you that the delivery takes up to a month. You can forget about returns, a minimum of 10 weeks WAIT. Cost

“I was shopping around for a new Galaxy Note, I was thinking I'd just upgrade to the 10 rather than spend over a £1000 on the new 20. I wasn't in a hurry to buy so on boxing day I decided to look around on ebay and a few shopping sites to look for sales and unwanted gifts. I came across Tecobuy by chance. I have never heard of them or shopped with them and I saw they had prices much, much lower than any place I had found. I was a bit unsure, but everything seemed legit. I decided to think about it and looked around a bit more but was unable to find any sites as cheap. I decided for the price I may aswell get the Note 20 ultra. I was at least £400 cheaper than I had found anywhere else. I made an impulse buy and ordered it. I ordered it as a guest (might have not been the best decision on my part) so I was unable to track it. A few days later I came across Tecobuy reviews and was horrified by what I read. I was sure I had been scammed and was going to be fighting Paypal for a refund. I ordered just before New Year, on the 28th of December and was content to wait for a long delivery date, afterall it was a bank holiday. I got confirmation on my delivery arriving in the UK on the 5th of January. I was still unable to track it, but was very surprised to hear anything so soon. I then got a delivery date from the Royal Mail for the 9th of January. Sure enough my phone arrived. I was perfectly packed, it was what I ordered and it worked great. I couldn't be happier. I know lots of people have said they had really bad experiences but mine was great. I would buy from them again, no questions. My partner is currently shopping for a new phone so we will see what happens.”

Paid my money, TecoBuy entrusted the package to DHL courier on 14 December, DHL Tracking has the package all the way from HongKong, through Singapore, through Germany, and last entry shows 'flight landed in UK'. Royal Mail tracker shows 'package on its way from Germany. Yet here we are a month later and NOTHING! And what are TecoBuy doing about it? Sweet FA... And the support from DHL? Phuck all!! Wouldn't cross the street to p155 on either if they were on fire. Don't trust either of them.”
“My Shipment #100064444 for Order #BUKW410132625 was ordered in November 2020 and still not delivered. If anyone is buying from TecoBuy, stop now. They do not deliver once you have paid them. There is an email address that no one tracks. There is no option to call them and ask for status update. I have been waiting 40 days for Airpod pro and my money has gone down the drain. It is not how deliveries work in UK. I don't understand how such fraudalent companies are allowed to operate in UK (or any country for that matter).”

Ordered an ipad on 28th November Delivery states 11 days allow a couple of extra for covid, tracking number didn't work, I tried to call them lines goes dead, emailed 6 times! they only replied when I contacted the shipping company and they got back to me telling me they had never received this item!
Tecobuy replied with thank you for you custom and sent me the same tracking number!!
I then involved paypal, I ordered another ipad with John lewis on my visa as it was my sons only Christmas percent arrived the next day! I would of saved £70 through Tecobuy! for all the hassle heart ache and worry...
Then on the 31st Jan the ipad from Tecobuy turns up! I have asked to return it they say it has to be back in 30 days from delivery (bank holiday weekend) yet they couldn't get it to me after £670 within 30 days!!
Absolute cowboys and as far as I am concerned criminal!!

I ordered on 14th November with reassurance would be delivered within 15days now 1st January still no order.
Emailed several times, just get a generic reply ( if lucky)
Tracking number is unobtainable. Have tried putting tracking number into shipping from Hong Kong sites but still nothing.
They did reply when I asked for a refund but as return policy is within 30 days no chance. So £104-99out of pocket & one disappointed grandson.
My advice it may appear cheaper but it’s not if you loose your money. AVOID at all cost.”

“My sons Christmas present ordered on 5th December arrived today 20th December before Christmas as promised. I got caught up in the panic of others and left negative reviews for tecobuy and p2p mailing. Both have delivered in exceptional circumstances worldwide. Customer services communication could be improved. Overall I'm delighted and hope others have the same outcome.”
“Really annoyed with myself for not reading reviews. Ordered on 19th, all good with tracking info etc provided. Item was described as "in stock". Since then, nothing, no update, no responses to emails, suspect this will not arrive for Christmas. Personally am going to cancel order (or return it if it ever arrives) buy it elsehwre and take the pain with paypal since I do not want my hard earned cash to go to this company. Be warned!”
“AVOID this company if you do not want problems
This company does not deliver goods anywhere near their stated timeframe. If you try to cancel, they will fob you off and say it's too late to cancel, even though they had not even sent the goods at all.
There will be all sorts of delays, complications, and they will make your life so awkward.
I had to dispute with PayPal. Tecobuy will win. With PayPal all Tecobuy has to do is provide tracking. Tecobuy win.
I had to dispute with my bank to prove I never received goods, and that I had cancelled goods long before item was even sent.
Disputes are do time wasting. If you do not want all the troubles, avoid Tecobuy.

They lie about everything. They claim they did not receive item back even though I never received it. I refused at the door. Courier took item to seller. Tecobuy emailed me to say they received item. Tecobuy told my bank they never received item back?

“Don't listen to all the negative reviews. Product takes longer to arrive as coming from Hong Kong plus we are in a pandemic, issues at Docks and Brexit so be patient. If you aren't prepared to wait go somewhere else. My phone came within 17 days, well packaged and a lot cheaper than if buying from somewhere else. Thank you Tecobuy. “Ordered a Samsung phone over a month ago. Had to send over 4 emails asking why it hadn't been delivered before receiving a generic unhelpful reply from them. I'm not at all confident I'll get the phone before Xmas. Terrible customer service.”
