I got catched by saving 10£ ;( Ordered Samsung A52 5G, Insted of waiting 7-9 days i was waiting 3 weeksto arrive and phone came and appeared extremely laggy i don't factory faulty or what was it but my 2 year old phone performed better. So i contacted the for return for refund as was extremely upset with phone, they send me return lable they got the phone back, they said they tested phone is okay and claimed they found scatches on it( i used it around 1h or so its immposible, i;m very gentle with new items) and we cannot issue a refund and even if i want to get phone back now i hate to pay 72£ for return and pickup fee lol. So i escalate dispute to PayPal, hope it will give some lessons for them. Most disgusting service i ever expirience”

“I ordered a watch which took forever to arrive. When it did arrive the box it was in had a broken hinge. The watch was ok but far too small for my wrist! I returned it in exactly the packaging that it had arrived in. I am now told by TecoBuy that they can’t refund my money (£147.99) because the packaging was broken. They will not acknowledge that it arrived broken and continue to say that they can’t refund the money. Not only that but they want me to pay £32 to return the watch to me!!!!! That’s not going to happen!! What a load of rogues!!!”
“Ordered a Nikon lens from this bunch of cowboys. Needless to say 3 days after placing my order they hadn't even processed my order. I've since found out they also use HERMES, THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE UK by a country mile. TECOBUY are just one of the many online scam companies that entice people in with low prices and then don't deliver. I've contacted their customer service department twice, and not received a single reply. Luckily I paid with my Mastercard and if my order doesn't arrive I'll simply contact the credit card company and issue a section 75 and get my money back in full. Lesson to learn here folks. If you purchase any item over £100 always pay with your credit card. NOT CASH, OR DEBIT CARD. Good luck!”

“Purchase a phone from tecobuy I read a reviews from trustpilot before hand all were positive. It was not until after I purchased the phone that I read very negative reviews from other sites that there was a very big possibility that I would be scammed so I requested a refund they did not reply so I emailed them again a week later still no reply. It wasnt until I opened a dispute against them via paypal that they responded almost immediately and gave me my money back. I would highly recommend that you do not risk you money and do not buy from this site. I am pretty sure that they paid people to write positive reviews.”

“I paid £379 for a complete Dyson Airwrap set in November 2020 it has never arrived despite Tecobuy saying it had. I never had the tracking info until after it said it was delivered so I never knew when it was coming despite asking several times. “Shocking service.
Bought the device back in November, it worked for entire 2 minutes and then died. We took loads of videos and pictures to prove it did not work.
We had to pay for it to be Sent to their UK based RMA centre to be repaired (not replaced).
They had it for almost a month and then they responded to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the device and that I should either pay for it to be sent back to them (£32.00!) or they'll bin the device.
I raised a dispute through Paypal and they have informed me that there is nothing they can do because they are based in China.
Raised a case with the Trading Standards, they said the same.
My options are paying them to send it back to me or lose out the entire refund.
These people have completely robbed me blind.
IF I get it back, I guarantee it is DOA again.”
