"Dreadful customer service, order on line 4 days before Christmas paid for next day delivery, nothing indicating a cut off delivery date. Email received stating next day deliver, nothing arrived the next day following day I called and was advised I had missed the cut off point. Advises the above, and requested for the item to be cancelled really unhelpful person Chris, said he would call if cannot be cancelled. No call or email received, 3 days later the item arrived and I wasn't home left near the bin got home nothing there, tried calling no answer, appalling customer care!!!!!!"
