“Customer service would be 5*, Emily has been excellent and has helped me refund an item due to the size of it, unfortunately Teemill don't do sweatshirts for people who are 42-44" chest, which is the common L/XL size. Their L is 41" and XL 46". I ordered the XL and it was huge. The print was good and item was good in terms of warmth etc but it was massive.”
