Sadly my Order Tool a long time to arrive and frustratingly I couldn’t find an order number - just my payment via my banking app. I emailed using an online form on the website. Very quickly I got a response from Dec confirming that lt. Order had been dispatched but as this was a gift he sent out a replacement and sent it by priority post.
