I contacted Teemill to get both posted in the same parcel but was too late. “Ordered a t-shirt from the RSPB range. Royal Mail unfortunately didn't deliver the order to me. They delivered it to the wrong address. Emailed with Emily throughout the whole process. She arranged a replacement order to be sent priority. No quibble about it.
As to what happened to the original order, it showed up a day later. Emailed Emily again to say the original turned up. I was told to keep it.
Terrific customer service and product. This was my 3rd order. Won't be my last.
