She immediately responded and without increasing the delivery charges upgraded my delivery. It arrived on time and the quality of the t-shirt is brilliant . Very good service when a parcel is lost in translation lol! I received half of my order after a week but then nothing, the parcel is marked as in transit and we don’t know where is it exactly but Teemil is very efficient on the matter! They just sent an email asking me if I wanted a full refund or the parcel missing resent! I’ve accepted to have the second half resent as I received half it would not be fair to receive a full refund and they just sent the new order today!

I ordered a T shirt for my son very near to Christmas so knew delivery could not be guaranteed. I decided to contact them to pay for a quicker service.
I received a lovely email from Isobel stating that they had upgraded the delivery type free of charge.
The T shirt arrived Christmas Eve so I was very happy.
