“I haven't even been able to get started. I find the site incredibly lacking in information required when beginning any course. Email I sent: I have been wanting to start my course but have not due to lack of "beginning" information on your site. I have NO idea what to expect. If there is a page with this info. which I may have missed, please forward the link. Obviously I will not click on any course links as I do not know if it will be detrimental to a perfect grade, should the tests/reading be timed. Are the courses live with the tutor? Is it one-on-one instruction? Is it timed? Multiple-choice? If I leave the page without finishing is my progress saved? Can I repeat a section to get a better grade/understanding? How many units can I expect? etc. etc. etc. I'm beginning to think they teach American, and not proper English. :(”

“Vanessa, the tutor was very professional. Her constructive feedback was well received. Jay, the admin from the TEFL support side, gave me great support. I felt confident to finish the course in a calm manner. I rate their support highly and I am sure other students will greatly appreciate their assistance. On the whole I really enjoyed the course. “While I enjoyed this learning experience, I believe that when providing assignment 1, the instructions were very vague. More clarity was required as it was such a huge area, which was why I was sort 1.08 marks to pass it. When the Tutor came back to me, I was given specific instructions on what was required, which I supplied to get 100%. This was the only area I think it could improve. I am curious as to what is the difference between the 120 hours and the 200 hours programme. Is it possible to continue on to the 200-hour programme?”
