“I really enjoyed the course and the support was always excellent. I have one complaint, I paid extra for masters course ,but on the diploma it doesn't mention the masters course and looks like it has just been printed off ( done very cheaply) I paid 35 USD for a hardcopy and received a black and white copy.”

“Very good course. Only one feedback, for the second assignment the example it gave for lesson planning was for adult learners. However I followed their structure as straight to presentation stage and failed due to not mentioning how I would introduce the word because that's how the example was written. Therefore wasted 6 days due to marking. Where I only had to add a little bit. Would be good if little more explanation was given in this example to avoid confusion of what has to be included and what doesn't.”

“I think the suppprt has been great although i find the layout and some instructions are more difficult than it actually needs to be but any time i needed assistance ive received it even on weekend. Especially Nikki who has helped me.”

“The TEFL course was well laid out, there was ease of use throughout with some good graphics, interactive quizzes, videos etc., It was useful to have the grade spreadsheet to track progress. Instructions were clearly written. The tutor - Vanessa was helpful and provided a grade. It would have been useful to have had further feedback on improvements with an example of a correction in order to know what to do on a future occasion. Nikki - support was extremely helpful and promptly responded to questions. The online certificate was disappointing - in that all that work was put in but no grades were noted on there. Whilst I have ordered a 'proper' certificate - I am hoping that my grade of 91% is noted on there or that there is a distinction between a pass,merit, distinction. (If not, there should be!) I really hope that the course is recognised overseas. It was useful to have the TEFL graduate job placement information - which would be useful to have access to for a further duration following the course - possibly the links provided in a completion email? I hope the above feedback helps.”
