“Vanessa, the tutor was very professional. Her constructive feedback was well received. Jay, the admin from the TEFL support side, gave me great support. I felt confident to finish the course in a calm manner. I rate their support highly and I am sure other students will greatly appreciate their assistance. On the whole I really enjoyed the course.
