“Euroflorist is a completely dodgy company that does not carry out the service.
We paid a significant amount for the same day flower delivery service as claimed by the company. The flowers were scheduled to arrive on May 21, 2024, but they have been delayed and have not yet been delivered till date.`
We tried following up but the phone onto automated message : no support agent is available.
After constant email follow-up, we were not given a response and when we asked for a refund for the service not being provided, we were outrightly denied.
It is unacceptable that the recipient is being asked to collect the flowers from the post office, as this service is intended to ensure direct delivery to the recipient. At a minimum, the flowers should have atleast been left at the door or with the concierge.
There was no other option but were forced to leave this negative review online.”
“I wish I had read these reviews before I gave these crooks my money.
I am in the UK and gave this sham of a company £30 to deliver flowers to my friend in Sweden. A simple task, you would think, for a flower delivery service based in Sweden.
Well, no. Yet they could not even do this simple act, and they took my money and will not answer my requests for information or a refund.
It appears that the delivery driver went to my friend's apartment, but (wait for it....) did not ring the intercom!
They sent me an email to say my friend was not in (even when she was) and because of their T&Cs they will try to deliver one more time later that day, then that is it.
I got in touch with my friend immediately and told her to keep alert for them to buzz again. Again, the driver went to her apartment but did not buzz the intercom!
Do not throw your money away on this dreadful company – believe the negative reviews.”

“A so called bouquet of 2 sticks of half dead flowers were able to be picked UP one week too late. Recipient was home, but still just found a card in the mail box, saying no delivery possible. So the flowers were in a box for a week and then looked like someone had changed flowers and left a cheap 2 stick excuse. I wrote to customer service twice to complain, but no answer. I will never use them again.”

“This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered in march for mothers day 3 bunch of flowers with a value of £150 to be delivered in France. Only one was delivered and i have been chasing my refund since then. The company chooses to remain silent on both sides of the Channel. I have now opened a case with my bank.”
“2024 - NO REFUNDS AFTER BLATANT MISLEAD
I ordered a larger (as apposed to small or medium) bunch of Tulips. The product was even called Tulpenstad (Tulip City), with a small card. This was for a 3 year anniversary.
What arrived was a SMALL bunch of random garden flowers. With a card written so badly, the letters were not ready legible.
I have gone through the procedures of complaints and refunds… but nothing.
I read through so many reviews now and it seems this is how Euroflorist works. I don’t expect anything now, just wish to warn others. Use an alternative, I found some great other ones! For example Flora Queen immediately took my order, (same
Order) and delivered perfectly.
In short: Euroflorist might in all probability waste your money and embarrass you in front of the recipient of flowers.”
“TOTALLY USELESS AND THEY LIE!!
I put in an order for some flowers, chocolates and a scented candle to be delivered to my mum's address on Saturday the 9 th of March, so that would arrive in more than enough time for mother's day.
I received an email stating that they had attempted delivery at 9.04 pm, but was unable to obtain an answer, I then contacted my sister who said that wasn't true, as they have a Ring doorbell and that would've picked that up.
I then received yet another email from these LIARS saying that they were running late and that the delivery would now be on Sunday the 10 th of March.
Well, it's now 6.30 pm on Sunday the 10 th of March and yet STILL NO DELIVERY OR ANY FURTHER UPDATE ON THE DELIVERY
I DEMAND A FULL REFUND AND MY ADVICE TO ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LYING, THEIVING CNUTS!!”
