Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Munich for her birthday, they said in 95% of the cases, delivery dates are met and in rare cases its 1-2 days later. Don't give these stupid statistics if its more like 50% or less of the time the flowers arrive on time (if they arrive at all). Also sorry I never read reviews before placing an order.

Maandag: Beloofde levering komt niet aan. Dinsdag: zelf moeten navragen, exuses gekregen, levering ging zeker die dag gebeuren. Woensdag: zelf terug moeten vragen, weer excuses. De levering was eerder naar een gesloten winkel gestuurd. Vandaag ging de levering zeker gebeuren! Woensdagavond: Nog steeds geen levering... Op donderdag heb ik uiteindelijk mijn geld terug gevraagd. Ik vind deze werking heel onprofessioneel!

Like everyone has already said, these guys are a bunch of scammers. Please do not use them. I spent almost 70 Euros trying to send flowers and chocolates to my girlfriend. She never received anything and even though I complained via their stupid bot on their website, as well as e-mailing them numerous times and complaining via PayPal still have received no response. Please, avoid this website like the plague. Save your money they are nothing but heartless scammers.

I wish I could provide a minus star I ordered flowers last Saturday to be delivered on Monday. It is now Wednesday, and The flowers have still not been delivered. They claimed they had misunderstood the day of delivery, They said because of technical reasons I had to repeat my order in an email which I did They then asked for this a second time When I complained that the flowers hadn’t arrived Then They said that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until Wednesday When they didn’t arrive Wednesday and I asked for a refund they claimed I had agreed to replacement being sent as that couldn’t be sent until Thursday couldn’t have my money back When I looked at the ticket they had provided to PayPal. They didn’t have my Friends correct name and address on the ticket. Apparently, providing it three times hadn’t been sufficient Thank God for PayPal! This company takes money and provides no service. Don’t touch them with a barge pole The comments below are not applicable because they didn’t send a delivery but still refused to Return my money

Terrible service. Simply did not deliver the flower and I got a standard response telling me they had delivery problems on that day. Service is ZERO ! Explanation why is ZERO !! They are supposed to be a service company that brings happiness and love … what they deliver is disappointment and simply misery !!!!

I’m only so sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I don’t like writing bad reviews for anyone but I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card for my sister in laws funeral in dusseldorf. My husband attended and he rang me to ask where were the flowers. I described what I had ordered and he said there was no card to be seen (with our heartfelt message) and the measly bunch of flowers were disappointing and embarrassing I would never order again from this company

I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on the Friday, i realised i put wrong address on , i emailed on the Wednesday to ask to change address to be told they cant help, People do make mistakes and there was plenty of notice, so now am out of pocket as need to reorder from a different company of course . also the address wasn't far from the wrong one i put , i really don't see the problem .

Ordering a large bucket of flowers in Holland for my 85 Y old mother with a vase (easier for an older lady). The flowers arrived without the vase (after long discussions the driver went back to get it) and it was not even worth ½ of the money I spend on the bucket. NEVER ever I will use their services again!!!

I paid for a bouquet of flowers and my daughter received a bouquet with three flowers in and the other was greenery. I took the more expensive option and received a very cheap bouquet that was quickly put together. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered flowers and a bottle of wine; asked to call in advance of delivery. Received an SMS of a successful delivery. Called the intended recipient no call, no flowers&wine. No answer to the immediately submitted complaint, either.

Absolutely shameful service. I couldn't see where to write the message on the website. Emailed them 30 minutes later and received a standard response saying there was nothing they could do. Would give them zero if there was the option.

I ordered a large pastel coloured bouquet with a bottle of wine to be delivered for a birthday gift...they received 8 yellow roses with NO wine. I complained via email and asked for the wine refund, which they did.

Awful company I paid for flowers to be sent and they were suppose to have free chocolates delivered but there were NO chocolates within the order!! When I complained they just fobbed me off and quite rude with it!! I would not buy from this company again…

They do not deliver, then they do not apologise for failing to deliver, it is impossible to get hold of them! I bought a bouquet for my mother's birthday 24 hours in advance, the delivery failed to materialise and their phone system has a recorded message with no option to speak to a person. The support ticket I submitted yesterday got replied 20+ hours later, simply informing me that they would refund me. No option to reply. I strongly recommend no to use Euroflorist services!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent flower order I placed with Euroflorist. The flowers I received were of significantly lower quality compared to those depicted on your website. The bouquet didn’t have vibrancy and fullness shown in the advertised photo.Roses were completely different from what was advertised on their photo.

My order was NEVER delivered, nor was any reason given as to why? No email...no phone calls...NOTHING! Had something lined up for a friend on her special day and you ruined it!

ROBBERS!! DO NOT USE!!! Arranged some sympathy flowers for a friends loss and they never arrived. When questioned about it they just told me that the Post code was incorrect and there is no refund and flowers could not be sent out. The post code they said that I entered does not even exist anywhere!! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! DO NOT USE THEM!
