“I ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered, I paid extra for gaurnanteed mother's day delivery so that they would arrive on the Saturday 1 day before paid over £45 for the bouquet not to arrive.
I ended up with a very distraught mother in law she even waited until the following Tuesday just incase the arrived still nothing.
I did get a full refund after raising a dispute with PayPal.
I would most definitely not recommend euro florists after my experience.”
“Complete muppets. Paid for flowers, 4 days after delivery was due, was reimbursed the money without an explanation nor even a courtesy email to let me know that they can't deliver. Will pay the extra money and go with Interflora. These people are unprofessional.”
