Almost paid 50 euro for bday flowers 2 days ago and they never got delivered . How to get my money back ?

Really bad service, flowers never arrived and customer service is a AI bot. I'm pretty sure I won't even get my money back.

They delivered the ordered flowers the day after my friends birthday. Too late for her big day. When contacted they kept sending emails not in English. Offered 20% off next order but there will be no next order

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered flowers for my 94 year old Mother for her birthday, she lives in the UK but I live in Malawi. Flowers were never delivered and then I receive an email telling me that " we could find a florist to deliver" and that I could have a replacement delivered by currier 2/3 days later! Disgraceful. Avoid this company like the plague !

Ich kann Euroflorist absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich habe Blumen bestellt, die nie angekommen sind. Das ist schlichtweg Diebstahl! Euroflorist hat mein Geld genommen und nichts dafür geliefert. Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe – anstatt das Problem zu lösen, wird man mit immer neuen Ausreden hingehalten. Es scheint, als ob ihnen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden völlig egal ist. Nachdem die Blumen nicht geliefert wurden, wurde mir auch keine vernünftige Lösung angeboten. Stattdessen musste ich mehrmals dieselben Informationen übermitteln, nur um dann wieder ignoriert zu werden. Der Kundenservice ist nicht nur langsam, sondern auch völlig unprofessionell und inkompetent. Ich fordere eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes und rate jedem dringend, die Finger von Euroflorist zu lassen. Wenn Sie nicht wollen, dass Ihr Geld verschwendet wird und Sie dann noch stundenlang mit einem schlechten Kundenservice kämpfen müssen, kaufen Sie besser woanders. Diese Firma liefert nicht, was sie verspricht, und kümmert sich danach auch nicht um ihre Fehler. Halten Sie sich fern!

Disappointed I cannot give zero stars. Ordered flowers for August 15 (mothersday in Antwerp) and were delivered on August 17. Flowers were already old and falling apart. Also ordered a box of chocolates. These were NOT delivered. Contacted 'customer service' to complain, and was told I would get 20pct off on a next order. Not even offered a refund for the chocolates that were NOT delivered. What a scam company. No one has any sense of responsibility these days. TERRIBLE!!!

Please do not use this service; this is the worst online service and a waste of time! I have ordered a flower arrangement to congratulate a close person for having a baby. I have been bombed with meaningless marketing emails in Swedish (even though I completed the order in English), but no information on the actual delivery was received. Almost a month later I was informed that delivery would not be made. This has been the worst experience with an online service and I at suck a delicate and time-sensitive occasion.

I paid, but the flowers were never delivered. If you contact them, what is not easy, they just say that the delivery is NOT their responsibility. I will NEVER make an order by them. 0/5

Vreselijke teleurstelling. Bloemen voor 60e huwelijksverjaardag. Wat krijg ik, een bosje onverzorgde bloemen. Levering was ook al te laat. Volgens leverancier toch de waarde die ik heb betaald. Krijg 20% korting op volgende bestelling. Salut

Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Munich for her birthday, they said in 95% of the cases, delivery dates are met and in rare cases its 1-2 days later. Don't give these stupid statistics if its more like 50% or less of the time the flowers arrive on time (if they arrive at all). Also sorry I never read reviews before placing an order.

Maandag: Beloofde levering komt niet aan. Dinsdag: zelf moeten navragen, exuses gekregen, levering ging zeker die dag gebeuren. Woensdag: zelf terug moeten vragen, weer excuses. De levering was eerder naar een gesloten winkel gestuurd. Vandaag ging de levering zeker gebeuren! Woensdagavond: Nog steeds geen levering... Op donderdag heb ik uiteindelijk mijn geld terug gevraagd. Ik vind deze werking heel onprofessioneel!

I ordered from Euroflorist for the first time and was initially worried because of the negative reviews. However, I ended up receiving five-star service. My order was even more beautiful than the picture and it was delivered on time without any issues. When I emailed them for a follow-up, I received a prompt response. Thank you, Euroflorist!

Like everyone has already said, these guys are a bunch of scammers. Please do not use them. I spent almost 70 Euros trying to send flowers and chocolates to my girlfriend. She never received anything and even though I complained via their stupid bot on their website, as well as e-mailing them numerous times and complaining via PayPal still have received no response. Please, avoid this website like the plague. Save your money they are nothing but heartless scammers.

I wish I could provide a minus star I ordered flowers last Saturday to be delivered on Monday. It is now Wednesday, and The flowers have still not been delivered. They claimed they had misunderstood the day of delivery, They said because of technical reasons I had to repeat my order in an email which I did They then asked for this a second time When I complained that the flowers hadn’t arrived Then They said that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until Wednesday When they didn’t arrive Wednesday and I asked for a refund they claimed I had agreed to replacement being sent as that couldn’t be sent until Thursday couldn’t have my money back When I looked at the ticket they had provided to PayPal. They didn’t have my Friends correct name and address on the ticket. Apparently, providing it three times hadn’t been sufficient Thank God for PayPal! This company takes money and provides no service. Don’t touch them with a barge pole The comments below are not applicable because they didn’t send a delivery but still refused to Return my money

Terrible service. Simply did not deliver the flower and I got a standard response telling me they had delivery problems on that day. Service is ZERO ! Explanation why is ZERO !! They are supposed to be a service company that brings happiness and love … what they deliver is disappointment and simply misery !!!!

I’m only so sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I don’t like writing bad reviews for anyone but I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card for my sister in laws funeral in dusseldorf. My husband attended and he rang me to ask where were the flowers. I described what I had ordered and he said there was no card to be seen (with our heartfelt message) and the measly bunch of flowers were disappointing and embarrassing I would never order again from this company
