Flowers arrived 5 days late and not on the bday. I had to write a lot of emails the delivery to be accomplished. No chocolate, only 20% discount because of being late, but ofc I won't use the code cuz they are terrible.

Flowers didn’t arrived a day late, missing the birthday and spoiling the whole surprise. The whole point of ordering expensive delivery flowers is that it gets delivered on time. No communication, no apologies, definitely avoid in the future

I have been bombed with meaningless marketing emails in Swedish (even though I completed the order in English), but no information on the actual delivery was received.

I paid, but the flowers were never delivered. If you contact them, what is not easy, they just say that the delivery is NOT their responsibility. I will NEVER make an order by them. 0/5

Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Munich for her birthday, they said in 95% of the cases, delivery dates are met and in rare cases its 1-2 days later. Don't give these stupid statistics if its more like 50% or less of the time the flowers arrive on time (if they arrive at all). Also sorry I never read reviews before placing an order.

They claimed they had misunderstood the day of delivery, They said because of technical reasons I had to repeat my order in an email which I did They then asked for this a second time When I complained that the flowers hadn’t arrived Then They said that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until Wednesday When they didn’t arrive Wednesday and I asked for a refund they claimed I had agreed to replacement being sent as that couldn’t be sent until Thursday couldn’t have my money back When I looked at the ticket they had provided to PayPal.

Terrible service. Simply did not deliver the flower and I got a standard response telling me they had delivery problems on that day. Service is ZERO ! Explanation why is ZERO !! They are supposed to be a service company that brings happiness and love … what they deliver is disappointment and simply misery !!!!

I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on the Friday, i realised i put wrong address on , i emailed on the Wednesday to ask to change address to be told they cant help, People do make mistakes and there was plenty of notice, so now am out of pocket as need to reorder from a different company of course . also the address wasn't far from the wrong one i put , i really don't see the problem .

Ordered flowers and a bottle of wine; asked to call in advance of delivery. Received an SMS of a successful delivery. Called the intended recipient no call, no flowers&wine. No answer to the immediately submitted complaint, either.
