“One week ago, our company ordered flowers for a colleague that looked nothing like what was advertised. Customer service dismissed our concerns and ignored follow-up emails. Extremely disappointing.photos uploaded: expectations vs reality.”
“I am extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a bouquet that was advertised as large, with at least three roses and other flowers, in a yellow box. What I received was a very small bouquet with only one rose in a black box, which looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
I also paid extra for an exclusive card, but instead got a plain brown piece of paper—far from the colorful and elegant cards shown online.
On top of that, I never received a delivery notification as promised, and the tracking page didn’t work—it just kept loading.
When I contacted customer service, they didn’t address my concerns and claimed there was no issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
“Really really disappointed. The bouquet of flowers were worse than the cheapest bunch I could have bought from the supermarket! I will never recommend euroflorist.”
“I will try to never deal with this company again.
For two days I was kept in suspense by messages that my bouquet might not be delivered on time. When the bouquet was delivered, it turned out that it was not at all like in the photo, much poorer and smaller. It looked more like a bunch of grass than a bouquet. Instead of flowers, some kind of indistinct greenery.
Birthday of my daughter was ruined.”
“Euro florist is a very bad and unreliable company. I have made an order of flowers to my nephew who was in hospital in Brussels on 11th February the flowers only arrived on 18 February and they were all dead and in a miserable situation. There was no tracking and no one was answering my calls or emails. I’m warning you all from using them. They are really a scam.”
“Ordered flowers as a present to my wife for Valentine’s day (14/02/2025). I even paid 10€ shipping to have them delivered in advance on 13/02. Unfortunately, the flowers were marked as delivered but never arrived. Needless to say this put me in an extremely awkward position for Valentine’s day. Completely unreliable service, and even worse they refuse to refund my purchase as “they are waiting for the florist to respond” for days now and have stopped responding altogether.”
“Never heard of them until a transaction for £70+ appeared on my credit card bill. 10 minutes later my credit card company called asking if i had made the transaction. Turns out a lot of card holders were being scammed by Euroflorist transactions so take care”
“I will never ordered from this page again. I ordered flowers 4 days ago to be delivered YESTERDAY and they never arrived! I have tried to contact them several times and I have ZERO answer. TERRIBLE!! I need my refund!!”
“I think wrong flowers delivered.
When I ordered I saw more than 20 pcs. pink roses in photo.
But We received only 8 or 10 pcs. pink roses.
Where is the 10 pcs. roses ?”
“The bouquet did not arrive on time, it was one day late. I ordered a bouquet with yellow roses, we received a bouquet without a single rose and with half-rotten flowers”
“Euroflorist has standard prices, in lower range & quick delivery. However, the product description/ photo does match what you will receive. The response was: “it equals in value and it is fresh”. And if that is terms, you could receive almost anything. There is nothing “wrong” with the buket my friend received, it’s just not what I ordered, if I wanted that style, I would have picked that one - as you also have that available. I use the term “wrong” loosely, as the buket was definitely not bound by a talented florist, it was basic, crooked and a waste. What a shame, with beautiful flowers.
I did ask for a solution, the only one I received was a discount on my next purchase. Which I useless, since i won’t order from Euroflorist again.
When buying flowers online, you have to trust the makers, I understand that colors, flowers etc. will vary depending on season, but you should either match the style/ look with other colors and flowers and send a buket similar or deny the order. In no other business could you sell chicken and just send a burger instead & it would be “normal” - even if they are fresh & cost the same.
Choose Euroflorist if you don’t care what you will receive, but want to receive something.”
“expensive and very bad quality. tge delivery was fine but otger than the delivery everything else was very bad.
tge quality of the card was very bad extremely cheap... and tge flower sooo bad. nothing like the website. contacted them and they are not owning it. DO Not buy ! especially for a celebration or special occasion... greatly dissatisfied.”
“Flowers shown on the website and what arrived were totally different. The website showed c.20 colourful flowers - we received 4-5 dull flowers and a lot of greens. I complained and was told that flowers are natural products and not always available, so the florist did their best. I was offered a 20% discount next time round. When I wrote a review on Google Euroflorist responded and asked me to send pictures - I did and received the same message. I paid EUR50 for a terrible and embarrassing bouquet that did not even vaguely resemble the picture. I will never use them again, I would counsel anyone not to ever use them and EUROFLORIST: Please don't respond to this with the same rubbish boiler-plate excuse. The internet is strewn of reviews like mine. You are a fraud”
