"I am extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a bouquet that was advertised as large, with at least three roses and other flowers, in a yellow box. What I received was a very small bouquet with only one rose in a black box, which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. \r\n\r\nI also paid extra for an exclusive card, but instead got a plain brown piece of paper\u2014far from the colorful and elegant cards shown online. \r\n\r\nOn top of that, I never received a delivery notification as promised, and the tracking page didn\u2019t work\u2014it just kept loading. \r\n\r\nWhen I contacted customer service, they didn\u2019t address my concerns and claimed there was no issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Really really disappointed. The bouquet of flowers were worse than the cheapest bunch I could have bought from the supermarket! I will never recommend euroflorist."

"I will try to never deal with this company again.\r\nFor two days I was kept in suspense by messages that my bouquet might not be delivered on time. When the bouquet was delivered, it turned out that it was not at all like in the photo, much poorer and smaller. It looked more like a bunch of grass than a bouquet. Instead of flowers, some kind of indistinct greenery.\r\nBirthday of my daughter was ruined."

"I think wrong flowers delivered.\r\n\r\nWhen I ordered I saw more than 20 pcs. pink roses in photo.\r\n\r\nBut We received only 8 or 10 pcs. pink roses.\r\n\r\nWhere is the 10 pcs. roses ?"

They delivered the ordered flowers the day after my friends birthday. Too late for her big day. When contacted they kept sending emails not in English. Offered 20% off next order but there will be no next order
