“THIS IS SECOND TIME WE HAVE BOOKED WITH TELETEX HOLS HOPE THE SECOND IS AS GOOD AS FIRST IF SO WE WILL USE AGAIN ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT IS WHEN WE TRIED TO BOOK ON THE SAT THE HOLIDAY WAS A LOT MORE AND WE WERE OFFERD A DISCOUNT AS WE HAD BOOKED BEFORE WHEN WE BOOKED ON SUNDAY NO DISCOUNT WAS OFERED BUT WE STILL BOOKED”

“Prices were significantly higher than advertised on the website - I had to change my dates and still ended up paying about £50 more than the quote. That being said, the price was still extremely cheap and the booking process was quite easy, although I did get the sense that I was being deliberately misled a couple of times (for example, when I requested our ‘free transfers’ were removed, the price mysteriously went down) Worth a punt if you can deal with a pushy salesperson but don’t bother calling if you’re not good at giving a firm ‘no’”

To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. Further, any optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional the price shown is for accommodation and flights again as advised on the website. “Disappointed that the holiday was not available at the price advertised. It took over 50 minutes on the phone to book the holiday although the customer service was good it was very time consuming.”

“I been researching Holidays as a Pensioner Couple to try for the best value for money and get some Healthful Winter Sun each year. We have lol a half dozen Aps to search thru. Well Teletext has always been on my radar for Value holidays and came up trumps for this November. Coronavirus Permitting lol. Very helpful Customer Service and patience with older people i can surely Recommend Teletext Holidays. And even Free Transfers!”

“The price advertised is not even close to the price you actually pay. They did reduce the price a little but I was still left feeling a bit conned. I had promised the holiday to my daughter so I carried on with it anyway but I was still offered no real explanation as to why it was so much more than advertised, they just said that the price I saw was the start price.”
