“Do not book with this company. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund after my flight was cancelled. My emails have been ignored. I called and was told someone will get back to me. No one did. I’ve just had a live chat and was told I need to wait for my money. This is unacceptable. I need my money back to book a new one. The customer service is awful. Once they have your money they don’t care.”

“I had an excellent guy called IIrfan Who assisted with any queries, as I had been booking on line, put my card details in and received a confirmation, ten minutes later this guy rang and said my card had been declined as ryanair had put up their flight prices, I was extremely annoyed that this could have happened. Irfan said he wd ring me bk which he did with another airline and a different hotel and a similar price, only for his attentiveness I would not have booked with teletext holidays. I definately wd not book ryanair flights ever again, and I do think that it is a disgrace that they can go this!!”
