very poor customer service had to wait for 1 hour to get connected forgot to book flights so i had to pay for.i had already paid when i booked the holiday.the agent i booked with left the company if i hadnt chased up for my booking confirmation i would not have known this.the holiday may have been a little better priced than other companies but believe me it is not worth the stress..avoid i would not recommend. very unhappy traveler

Over all it’s a good service but the price has been upped which I wasn’t too pleased about .,, but great service on phone by Fraser 👍

Booked a package holiday with teletext not able to get cause of covid 19 was meant to go tomorrow to Lanzarote cant get talking to them on phone just got and email very bad service

This company is a joke, with rude customer service agent when you want your money back, they are super quick to take your money but wont give it back.

Excellent customer service from the advisor I was dealing with my booking over the phone. She met our needs/budget and got our holiday for the price we wanted. Hassle and stress free. The price was the cheapest we saw out of all the sites we looked on. Exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend teletext.

Service advisor was very helpful when I called to book, managed to get me a much better flight time which meant we didnt effectivley loose a day of our holiday.
