very poor customer service had to wait for 1 hour to get connected
forgot to book flights so i had to pay for.i had already paid when i booked the holiday.the agent i booked with left the company if i hadnt chased up for my booking confirmation i would not have known this.the holiday may have been a little better priced than other companies but believe me it is not worth the stress..avoid i would not recommend. very unhappy traveler

Excellent customer service from the advisor I was dealing with my booking over the phone. She met our needs/budget and got our holiday for the price we wanted. Hassle and stress free. The price was the cheapest we saw out of all the sites we looked on. Exactly what we were looking for! Would highly recommend teletext.
