“Fantastic so easy to book with everything was done over the phone so helpful very nice to deal with found me a holiday so quick definitely recommend teletext holidays to all my family and friends .”

“Sofia was extremely helpful and I had a very good experience with her. She was the perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service and showed no reluctance or hesitation in securing our holiday. We called up a previous company and the adviser sounded so depressing over the phone unlike Sofia who was happy, cheery and friendly. Absolutely brilliant!! :)”

“Terrible service ive used this company several times abd every time there is a problem they promise room upgrades and just for ypu tpday a special price. They cant wait to get thete hands on your money. But are a nightmate if you decide to cancel stay wrll away.”

“Very poor they booked my week away and last night rang me and asked for more money. They then asked me if I would like to cancel the holiday they then offered me a 2star instead now must wait to see when I get refunded”
