Was very happy with the service I got from Tempo, they kept me informed all the time about what was happening, the people that came to look at the boiler and do the EPC did so in the time that Tempo had given me and was very polite and professional.

The people I have dealt with from Tempo have been very polite, but it is taking a long time to get an actual result, operators have been to do checks but nothing after that, plus there have been a couple of no shows when I was waiting in for them to come to the house,

Generally excellent service but disappointed when l rang the office to cancel the appointment but the rep is turned. He never got the message from the office.

Disappointed that the people this scheme was intended to help (people on benefits with no money to spend replacing broken down boiler) are being asked to contribute a significant amount of money. My wife and I are now looking at a winter without heating and hot water.

Only negative was the message about having to ring me first as I work 10 minutes away wasn't passed on but luckily someone was in and I was able to meet with the engineer.
