“Have been conned by this lotseveral times, the prices are cheap for a reason, the goods are nothing more than FACTORY REJECTS/SECONDS that could not be sold in real outlets. Sizes are all over the place, electronics dont work and most items arrive with pieces missing. I ordered a chainsaw that i paid €139 for and it never arrived, that was a year ago and they will not refund me, i also paid for a night vision that arrived with 2 pieces missing, same story they would not take a return or refund. “Temu has been most successful for 2 yrs. However, for some reason I wasn’t able to confirm Orders will receive confirmation of delivery. They have therefore had to consult the help line, however, when things go when things go wrong, it is hell on Earth to try and communicate with the agents to get it sorted…I have spent in excess of 11 hours over three days trying to sort out the problems resulting & im I not satisfied, but I couldn’t convey my problems to them as they actually didn’t read them or understand themand therefore with a sigh if huge relief I’ve closed account !”

“I have used Temo for about a year now. As of lately I have received substandard or wrong merchandise, merchandise that is not even remotely as the shown item.
Another issue are the delivery services that are used beside USPS, UPS. or FedEx. Merchandise is not delivered to the right address, not at all, or left somewhere and not to be found.
These companies have no customer service reps but bots/AI instead.
While Temo will offer refunds or additional discounts the overall shopping experience has taken a toll for the worst. I no longer use their site.”

so contacted them again. they said contact hitbox the retailer that sold the welder so did that and guess what they told me to contact DPD so I've come full circle. £250 down and no welder. once they have your money they just don't care. I'm writing this review because I don't want anybody else to fall victim.”

Misleading promos and insane amount of marketing emails sent to customers that are misleading and include statementsthat are downright incorrect.
