so contacted them again. they said contact hitbox the retailer that sold the welder so did that and guess what they told me to contact DPD so I've come full circle. £250 down and no welder. once they have your money they just don't care. I'm writing this review because I don't want anybody else to fall victim.”

Customer "support" is robotic, almost patronizing and email support is even worse and responds with autonomic, bot and scripted responses with vague verbiage and no solutions.
Misleading promos and insane amount of marketing emails sent to customers that are misleading and include statementsthat are downright incorrect.
I will never use this site again and if could give negative stars I would.”

I'll reserve judgement on the toolbox until I receive it.
