“I needed to return an item worth about EUR50.
The product was returned to Temu in Madrid on the 26th March at 11.00 but the delivery was not accepted.
The carrier, Correos, is the same carrier used by Temu to make deliveries to me and they left a a note in Temu's mailbox with the tracking number to request re-delivery at a suitable time. These are the same tracking details already provided to Temu as part of the returns process.
The response from support has been non-existent.
The only response I can get is that this is my problem in some way - Temu refuse to accept the return and refuse to tell Correos that it be rescheduled.
My messages have all been ignored and all replies from Temu 'support' have been stock phrases ignoring all my previous messages.
Is there a real person or just a bot there? If it's an AI bot it needs retraining, but maybe this is deliberate to refuse all returns?

“I've been playing temu's games to win free gifts. Seeing how they work to me is a scam to get you to buy more items and even then you still don't met their goal for the free gifts. I was at 99.9% there to get free gifts and just when I thought I got the final .1% I get 99.95 %. Really?!!!!”
“Temu has been awful for me. I buy many things from temu. On the 25th of march I bought five items and they already take my money with the price of 101ish only to later charge me about 124+ dollars. After I rechecked. They apparently seperated two of my items so I'd have to pay an extra delivery fee for both without my consent. Without my permission they take my money and is the same as stealing my money. I don't know they alwasy doing like that? Like they can dowhatever they want. I do not recommend this company anymore. “I have decent luck with the products (75%) but I do order from a lot of the local suppliers. I will agree with others that the promotions are scams, and the games take forever to win, no matter how many times you order!!! Been on one game almost a year now, (everyday) and it will be my last one. Don't understand their philosophy around that since the prizes are cheap and the credits will be used for more orders over a certain price? They have turned the tables from great in the beginning to just ok, just like WISH did. I've still enjoyed most of their products though.”
“Temu is very bad at refunding back money. Because it's so hard to communicate with this company you lose your money through vague communication. I never received a package, and they said that they refunded me, and my bank has no record of that. They did this to me twice !!”

Temu earns money this way?
Delivery, delivery, delivery
I tried Temu for the first time, everybody around me uses it.
My fortune wasn't good this time. I ordered my two parcels two days apart, I got a code in the inpost box in Tesco for the first one, two hours later I came to this box happily expecting my order, the box opened and it was empty. That's all.
I spent a lot of time trying to solve my problem, my application said that I got even my two orders at once. Then they started an investigation demanding proofs of me not received these two orders, sending me to find where else I could have lost them, may be my neighbours picked them up...? And on and on and on
Of course £25, someone says, it's not a huge sum of money, but my feelings, my time, their attempts to blaim me...

“They have some good bargains but I'm so sick of the lying, misleading promotions. I cancelled a few orders because it completely mislead me. Then all I have bought and all my credits I have never gotten ANYTHING FOR FREE I MEAN NOTHING so I stopped using them . Encourage friends and family members. When I broke it down they agreed.”

The order took almost 3 weeks to complete (products apparently are shipped from China, no stock in the USA) and I received AAA batteries insteadd of the AA I ordered.. I am over Temu. I have been a fan of Temu for sometime now. Unfortunately I am no longer a fan. I am going to delete the Temu app today. Some of the reasons are - increased minimums, delivery up to 20 days because of something called pre-ordered items and local warehouse, damaged items due to poor packaging. Also, you never know the quality that you’ll be getting and poor sizing. All I would like to do is pick an item pay for shipping and get delivery within five days. This is not possible with Temu. Also, I can’t speak with a live representative only AI. I’m going back to using eBay and Amazon.”
