“They are big liars who never deliver on time as promised. They claim it will arrive in 2 or 3 days to the UK, but then they give you an estimated dispatch time of 9 days. And they say they give you a small compensation if it doesn’t arrive within 30 days, as if that helps us at all.
Then they keep trying to fool us with discount coupons, which actually force us to spend more and more in order to benefit from those discounts, and there are a lot of conditions attached.
There is no email address or website section where you can make an official complaint that will actually be taken into account—only chat support. And there, they just give pre-written answers, scripts they were trained on, where they are taught to lie and manipulate.
They deliberately give false time frames to attract customers and then extend the estimated delivery time by at least three times longer. Never believe it is fast delivery—NEVER.

“I made a purchase for some Automotive stuff and though the prices were really good they wanted proof that the card I was using was mine so I sent them the information they asked for, picture of the back of my card with my name and card number on it to prove it was my card. So I did that not once but twice and they said my order was placed on temporary hole while they verify the information they never verified nothing sent me an email saying my stuff was on temporary hold and that I didn't give them enough information. I gave them exactly what they wanted and they still wanted to hold my order. And then took the money out of my account. I'm sure they have had some good reviews but that is not what I experienced. I will never use these people again under any circumstances and I also find out that a lot of the stuff comes from overseas and take some time 15 16 days to get here. Be careful with these guys they are not what they say they are. Again this is my review others may be good others may be worse but I will not order anything from timu under any circumstances.”

“I did a trial of Temu for about 3-4 weeks to check it out. Some items are good, more items are misrepresented. Today, I responded to a promotion to get 7 free items from a list they supply, if I spend at least $30, which I did. After completing the order, only two of the 7 promised items will be fulfilled. The other 5 now require spending more which was NOT stated in the rules. So I returned the two items, cancelling the order, and cancelled another order I made earlier in the day now that I have enough purchase experience to no longer trust them. Summary: 'fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.' They won't get another opportunity to grift my business again. I deleted the app and will delete my membership, This business should be banned in the US.
