“I was very disappointed when I didn't receive my refunds. It's difficult to get proper help from staff. I realized I wasn't getting refunds until I checked a couple of times. When I looked at my backwards refund I realized I wasn't refunded, I was told to go to my bank it could be a problem with my bank not receiving refunds which I thought was lame but went to the bank anyway and it was confirmed I didn't receive the refunds. When I queried it with Temu I was told the account was closed and cannot receive the refund. My warning to people check out refunds. Was very disappointed that I lost over R700 from trusting my temu account that showed I received the refunds”
“Customer Service sucks! I was on the Customer Service line waiting 3 hours to talk to someone about the package that did not arrive as expected. A 11:55pm, they shut off the phone lines without bridging, informing or apologizing. If you are going to do business THE USA, learn the USA mannerisms concerning customer service!!!”
“I hate to even give one star- I’d give them a negative 1000 because they are terrible! People kept telling us temu was better than SHEIN and we’ve been SHEIN customers for a long time until recently SHEIN went completely down the drain- we tried temu just once and had to send all the ladies clothes back and we kept a few things for our 5 month old daughter and I’m literally sitting here having to sew it together from one time use! We spent $15 on a set of 4 garments that are intended to go over the diaper, yet under a dress so you can’t see her underwear, and though gorgeous- they completely fell apart after one use! For a discount website $15 is expensive and I expected quality… suppose you can’t find quality anymore these days- I have to shop at thrift stores now so that I can guarantee it’s older and then I know it’s quality… it’s absolutely ridiculous and absurd!”

“I was promised a credit for a bunch of puzzles I ordered. I have reached out to them twice for this credit. They can no longer issue one now. Because it was in October. The puzzles were crushed, open and paper thin. If this is the way they are going to handle their customers. I am done. And I will spread the word, to not order from them. “I had a completely unacceptable experience with customer service at temu. When I was communicating with them about a certain problem, I told them about a death in my family and expressed my sadness. But instead of compassion and respect, their response was sarcastic and inappropriate. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in sensitive situations like this. I attach a picture from the conversation that shows the actor's mockery of his handling of my feelings. I demand genuine clarification from the administration and appropriate action towards this incident. I cannot accept this behavior in any company. Unfortunately, I won't deal with temu again if this kind of dealing continues.”

“Requested cancelation of a item five minutes after I ordered it by mistake. Received email on 2/28 stating refund would be processed by 3/30. Called customer service and was asked 8 times to describe the item. Each time I gave the actual description from my order and it could not be found. Now I've been sent to the online site which can not find my previous order.
Truly aggravating!”
