“Never use Temu — extremely disappointing experience.
My package is missing, and for the past 5 days I have repeatedly reopened tickets and provided UPS’s own delivery photo. My package is clearly not visible in the photo, yet Temu keeps denying my refund simply because the tracking says “delivered.”
The package was left outside my apartment lobby in an unsecured area accessible to anyone. Temu is completely ignoring the evidence and refusing to properly investigate.
Terrible customer service and an unacceptable way to treat customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Temu.”

“I ordered a something worth $45. The lazy delivery person couldn't walk 8 steps to my porch to place the package instead they dropped on my front lawn by the sidewalk for anyone to take. They should of put a sign saying free to take cause someone took it. The kicker is they sent me a Pic of where the put it. And Temu seems to be fine with it cause all they offered me was a $20 coupon towards a next purchase. Ill never spend a red penny with them ever again. Back to Amazon I go where common sense and customer service is much better. There loss not mine. I wish I could post a picture for all to see.”
“The delivery service at Temu is a lousy matter, a “chronic illness”, always problematic, I complained several times, they respond like an ignorant and unemployed psychologist, I recently asked them not to send my purchases with a specific delivery company which unprofessional and very problematic, I know they have alternatives to that company, I noticed that my next deliveries will be with that company, Temu is a platform whose organizational culture is based on dishonesty and on zero commitment to the client”
“Poor customer service by a James Gustavo. He said it was ok to quote a price like $1.60 and charge $15 at checkout on Temu. I tried to talk to him. But he just ignored me. I tried numerous times to get a senior staff but he refused. Quote $17 on price today and change over $100 he said was ok with Temu.”
“Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping on Temu. Shipping can take a very long time, and several products I received did not match their descriptions or photos. When I contacted customer support regarding returns and refunds, I was often encouraged to accept discounts or credits toward future purchases rather than receiving a straightforward resolution.
I also found many of the promotional offers, including some "100% off" deals, to be misleading and not as beneficial as they initially appeared. While Temu may offer slightly lower prices, the small savings were not worth the frustration, delays, and disappointment I experienced.
If reliability, accurate product descriptions, and customer service are important to you, I would suggest shopping with more established retailers instead. Consider this a fair warning before placing an order.”
“Items are generally poor quality although some have been acceptable. Very hard to get support. Do not fall for their great spinning wheel with big discounts. There are the most convoluted rule to receive gifts that it should be called deceptive practices. The last mile shipper they use, Speedx, is the worst I've ever run into. No more Temu and no more Speedx.”

“Based on the rules, I reached the 100 percent threshold for an event that paid $350 to PayPal 19-22 Jun. Temu claimed that a refund on a 9 dollar item negated the event conditions. The total orders were over $520 and I did not request the return untill well after I qualified for the prize. Not only is this unethical to retract a reward after the fact but the negative customer service and good will has been has damaged. I will continue to provide negative reviews regarding event susceptibility to arbitrary rule interpretation not beneficial to the consumer.”

I was browsing and I selected free gifts. And at the end of the checkout the amount was R0. But then they charged me R 1252 at end. They gave me back credit but they didn't give the money back. I am very disappointed in them. I had to go to my bank and reverse the payment because Temu didn't want to assist me.”

For women's clothing, I found that the material, texture, and overall look of the items received were different from what was shown on the website. The final products did not meet my expectations.
I was also disappointed with Temu's return process. Customers are asked to drop returns at a Red Box location, but in my experience the location was either unclear, unavailable, or difficult to find. As a result, customers end up keeping items they do not want, which is frustrating.
Like many other major online retailers, Temu should consider offering return collection from the same address where the product was delivered.
This would make the return process much more convenient and customer-friendly.”
“Ordered an exercise bench , it arrived with a crack in the frame and missing parts . Temu advised me that they wouldn't pick it up for a return and that i would have to take it to a drop off location. The item is big and heavy and i don't have a car.”
“This company feels it is o k to be more than five days late with orders. They think it's o k to send you less than quality merchandise , and if you do a return , they take away everything plus. Cash out games or crooked , and do not work correctly. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I highly recommend you do not use this company.”
