“fund for late delivery is no Good although they have low prices, their deliveries are never on time. And a R 20 refund for delayed delivery is no money. Probably so low because everybody outside of the country gets late delivery.
They give free delivery, yes, but you pay vat and import fees. And again customs fees when arriving in South Africa. You bargain to get your order in time for events you host and never get it on time.”

“I was charged for an order that was never processed by temo. The customer service representative tried to place blame on me, arguing that my connection failed, when it was clearly a glitch in their system. While speaking to him he suddenly fell silent and disconnected the call.”
“Temu refused to provide store credit for defective items, despite EU Directive 2011/83, which states that return is not required for non-compliant goods. My case has been escalated to ECC Cyprus. I received only automated replies and no proper resolution. Be cautious if you're an EU customer — your rights may be ignored.
