“I ordered a 4 piece bumblebee set. I’ve been screwed by Temu before so I made sure I took a picture of my order. It clearly says it’s a four piece set. I get my order and I only get one bumblebee out of four so this has been like three or four days now that I just keep going around and around with Temu all they wanna do is shove money at you so you’ll shut up,
and order more! but I just really wanted the bumblebees so anyways customer service was absolutely no help even though the picture clearly states it’s a four piece set. They keep saying oh well if you would’ve went over that’s there’s only 1 not true so they’re screwing people! I shut my account down! They have all sorts of crazy scams!! Run!!!”

“I got an alert from Temu letting me know that if I placed an order, I will get two free items. Those a few things I needed so I went ahead and place the order. My order came in but the two free items were not in the package.
When I contacted Temu to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do about it because the item was free and for it can’t be refunded returned or replaced. What they would do as they would give me five dollar coupon to use, but I would have to spend $60 to apply it.
I explained to the service people that I spent over $100 and two free items were supposed to get there, now I have to spend an additional 60 to get four dollars worth of free items?
The reply was yes. That’s It yes. So well, there is a little organs there do not impulse by just to get a free item that may not come in. Take your time my only what you need and don’t bother meeting any quotas to get anything free because it probably won’t get there. And when it doesn’t, they’re just giving an opportunity to get a free another way if you spend more money”

“Cheap, poorly made sometimes I didn't even get what I ordered. When you try to contact customer support they want you to pay for the return label and shipping. they want you to cover the packaging and it's a lot of back and forth with no accountability.
I'm a military veteran just trying to buy whatever and enjoy the rest of my life and they've made it very complicated with their website in the way it's set up. it's aggravating, advertisements are popping up every time you want to look at something. I accidentally hit two or three buttons at a time because the advertisements are so much, it's over kill. The quality of the merchandise that's a big issue.”
