It has been over 60 days and they keep saying that it went to my Cash app…. No confirmation from Cash App for the refund. I sent all of the merchandise back and it was in great shape because I looked at it and sent it back. In package. I’m not even sure if this will make the review.”
“They are thieves. I returned a product and they gave me the corresponding refund and a month later they deducted the amount again claiming that I had not sent the product, which was false. They opened a Ticket for me and a Supervisor contacted me apologizing and telling me that the refund had started again. Everything was false and now when I contact them again they tell me that they are going to put me with another supervisor, but they will not give me my money back. I advise that if you are regular buyers of Temu, you should check your accounts because maybe they are being robbed and you haven't realized it.”
“Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I have no idea where my parcels are and Temu will not check into it. I am out $170.”
“I received one of my packages but the other package is making wonder about it because it ma in last mile handler mode and it’s been like that for a couple of days now which there are no updates at all I don’t think I’ll be shopping temu anymore it also cost a lot to ship with them even though they say the items you pick are free I’d rather have a refund than credit because it’s not worth getting one if your not shopping there anymore which I’m not”
“I have been shopping on Temu for the past two years. I am very impressed with the website as it is very customer friendly. I can easily summarize my orders and returns. All the nessary categories easily seen. The products are well priced. I have compared products sold on Amazon with the exact item on Temu. Temu is priced mostly 20% less. Shipping time is longer, but the stand behind the arrival time. A big plus...you can actually speak to a live customer service person with minimal difficulty. THESE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY!”

“The quality of merchandise isn't what I expected and the clothing as far as the shirts and other things the stretch material even when you order a size bigger is still too small and ordering camera's etc the quality isn't up to standard and the price is lower and then when you purchase merchandise the prices go up not a big fan !!!”

I like a lot of the things I've received but I just looked at my credit card bill and there's no way in hell I spent $450! “This app seems like a good deal and they make you think your getting something free but you never do. Each item, even if put in one cart and pay, will have a $2.99 shopping fee. So if you pick 10 items you will be charged $29.90 for shipping. It hooks you with there spins but they deceive. Grrr”

“I got a notification that Temu uses maersk shipping . Maersk is the same company used to carry bombs and the same company that ships bombs the same company that has had the blood of thousands on its hands. When I asked customer service before all my orders were shipped they denied it and had the audacity to tell me the order was not processed on their end and by the time I was able to confirm they couldn't cancel my order because they shipped it. Do not order temu if your are pro palestine pro Sudan pro Congo pro Lebanon and pro life.”
