“Puffer blanket is nothing but a sheet with lines that when received makes you think its really a bed spread or quilt. The 4pack of turtle necks and some jackets come dirty especially items i in white. Very very disappointed in the falsehood of household towel, sheets, towels, and wash cloths.”
“Most items lately have been much smaller than pictured. It appears to be a purposeful deception. The set of three chests show them sitting on a floor next to a book shelf. When I received them, the largest one was not even 6 inches across. The dragon fly art, is shown on a fence and look to have an 18 inch wingspan. The wing span is not even 6 inches. The jute bags come in a set of three. They are shown holding apples, and onions and hanging on a rack. The bags are useless, as they are so small. Some clothing items are not sized appropriately and are much smaller than expected. My husband wears a 3x. Shirts he has bought from there, fit me! (Size M)Other reviews are reporting that the item they ordered was smaller than expected, so it appears to be a problem with many things you offer.
So, why not return the items? I had to look online to see how to return them. Return Addresses are not always present and neither are return slips.
When something does come and is as expected, it is of good quality and certainly not overly expensive.”
“I have spent more money with temu then any other place, including the grocery store! I have farmed in the farm trying to get"free gifts". Let me tell you, thousands of $$ later, i still haven't watered enough. I almost had it to 100% but suddenly the percentage changed back down to 95.9%. i ordered for Christmas, got double, charged double. returns are too big of a pain to return. Things i didn't order showed up and money taken from my account. Their app and the referrals are addicting meant to keep you hooked on trying to teach a goal that is not obtainable. Referred people who have never shopped temu. Got no credit it for all the stuff they purchased and then my referred person discovered $400 extra missing from her account. Temu use to be a great place to shop but the money earned had gone to their head. Prices have increased to retail prices as well. I uninstalled the app and am going to stop spending my money with temu. They won't give one free gift, and i refuse to spend one more$$ till they do.”
“They give you freebies but you have to spend a certain amount on other things. I just don't understand how it all works, I guess. Freebies, reimbursed, coupons, etc. I bought 2 things with the understanding that I got 2 freebies because I'm a valued shopper, then after I checked out they offer me 4 freebies but now, I gave to spend another $40 to get it. I just don't have that kind of money. I played both Farmland and the other one and I haven't been able to get the freebies. I've been at 95% there but have never gotten any farther on it. I give up. I do have 2 positive.s Their shirts and blouses are nice and the prices are great. They reimbursed me for a broken item but I didn't have to return it. I guess my frustration is the amount of money I have to spend and have never gotten the coupon bundle.”
“Found something I was looking for on temu. Clicked on it and onsite it says get it in app for free, so I downloaded app. On app it says reward expired. Then directs me to cheap products, I'm not interested in, that says buy these to get $ rewards. Just a bunch of sales gimmicks wasting my time without any rewards, this is why I don't shop with them!”
“directions on how to return multiple items on an order is not clear. It does say you should ship all together but does not allow for all items to be picked for one shipment. Very confusing and although I have ordered alot through Temu and like their product, it is hard to send back multiple items without getting a shipping charge.”
“Placed exact order within 24 hours on 2nd order they charged $17.72 more. They say they compare prices but I ordered from the same company. I talked to Sam an agent then within 24 hours a resolution agent asked the same questions that I already answered. So even after all that they act like they don't understand what your asking. Temu you have lost a customer.”

I got in contact with the holder.. which they show.. phoenexnirvana.. was amazing at giving me back the refund.. so hopefully the company u bought from was as good as them.. “I was going to try Temu the offer to get a 3 pack of pants for free, no shipping and 5 additional gifts free. First the additional gifts had to be chosen from promo stuff like cheap jewelry and items that you don't want. After the 6 items were chosen it wouldn't allow me to check out until I ordered $60 in other items. After ordering a couple other items it took me to check out but the final check out had erased the 3 pack of pants which the only thing I wanted to begin with. I un-installed the app.”
“I've been buying for a long time, as soon as I read about Temu! I'm annoyed because I've purchased 1,000 of products and the send me offers to get free items but only if I buy an expensive item ... So not a gift, just a carrot in front of my nose to buy more!!! Not cool Temu - you don't treat your long time customers fairly. Quit sending "fake Free Gifts" when you are only after getting more money $$$$ Thanks for free nothing - supposedly a "thank you gift" for spending lots of money - has nothing to do with " Thank you"‼️ Beware, only buy what you want, ignore those silly wheels that promise free gifts or some kind of great discounts -- they are a SCAM to get you to buy MORE‼️‼️”
