“I did order on december 9 order 5 items 1 item was 24.99 but paid 12.98 tax and 6.99 delivery charges with the other items total 167.00 but gives you price each item tax shipping each item almost 40 dollars fruit basket order was ser paid with card delivery was december 15 -19 2024 I received all items but got notified the fruit basket was delay not delivery would be between december21-31 I didn't care it's holidays but then on 29 I check item was still the same place since day I place order i founded weird then Temu notified me the basket delay again they gave 5 dollar credit in temu now january 9 -February 3 2025 so january 14 I check and item was same spot no change since order was place so requested refund of my money they said there senior team would respond to me within 24 hours and the team response was sorry have no response from carrier and no updates that they have to wait 30 days if not they refund 20 dollars in credit same answer i been getting i pay with my bank account temu charge my back debit card no other carrier and I try speaking customer service no phone calls they took my money after this I am not going to be stupid to buy another item at temu so they give you credit you won't use item won't be delivered today january 21 2025 item is same place and hasn't change day place order no respond from carrier temu only refuse refund my money but they only keep sending messages emails that my item will be delivered by February and they can do nothing about it refund my money because they don't have response from carrier”

“Temu did 2x. Temu said total has to be $20.i add more items, to total $20. 7 items all together. I hit submit Temu processed 3 items,left 4 still saying i need to add more items to total $20. TEMU took 3 items jacked price up to total to $20. Very sneaky. So i can spend 20 more. I had to call my bank”
“My mom ordered a recliner from Temu recently. I knew she shouldn't have took a chance like that, it was $500.00 and when she received it my brother put it together for her. When you recline it back it tilts to one side and feels like it coming apart, and if one of our dogs jumps up on it while its reclined it completely tips over and throws you in the floor! “It takes a long time to recieve the items you order and they get your money right away, they offer free items but not really free, just a way to get you to spend more money I know I've tired and months later still haven't received anything free and weeks later still haven't received the items I've paid for. “Good deals on a lot of different items. Temu is getting faster on their shipping. But since most of their products come from China it's expected. I've actually bought bulk items from Temu and resold them for a nice little profit. Love Temu.”
“The products themselves are nice, it’s when you’re ordering they “scam” you. they give you flashing lights and coupons. For example. “SPEND $30 get an item free.” You spend the $30 and it says “check out to claim rewards”… so you checkout thinking the next item would be free. As it states. “Claim your free item” as you search for something of your liking, you finally find something you’d like. You click it. And at the top of you screen it will say “spend another $60 to claim the FREE item!… brother…. That’s what I just did. ‘And you already checked out for the $30’ for no free item.
They also run the same scam with coupon codes, the more you buy the closer and closer you get, if you actually spend enough. It will repetitively hit you with you need to buy ONE MORE THING!!
Or oh! No! Your $0.03 away from your $100 in coupons.
It’s like gambling but you literally never win…
If you use this only get the items you will pay for, don’t count on using coupons or free items because they just get you to spend more and spend more and spend more and spend more and so on….
The photo below is, I bought $30 on items for a “free gift” i checkout. And it says spend $60 to claim your free gift and a $177 in coupons. Which wasn’t the original promotion.
