“I placed orders for almost $200 and only received one shipment for around $20. I had to pay $1 to talk to someone from Customer Service. I’ve tried texting, calling, multiple times to no avail of speaking to a real person. All they have to do is see if items were returned. I didn’t receive anything so I can’t answer many of the questions below!”
“If you could give a minus 10 I would. First of all I was overcharged after winning spin the wheel twice at 100 percent free both times. Then they send every little item in a different packet so you have to pay shipping on each item. The "free" spin wheel is deceptive. You get coupons that are good on your next purchase. Of course they don't tell you that up front. I was over charged 150 dollars. Had to chat with three different people and they kept giving me the runaround and refused to reimburse me. They can keep their damn free coupons. This site has been shutdown in Vietnam and hopefully the US will shut them down too. They are crooked and could care less about ripping you off.”

TEMU customer service is delaying the refund even after IPRODA confirmed FedEx did not deliver and cannot account for the issue. We still have not gotten our FULL REFUND to this day! “Temp..sent me the whom shirt sizes..I contacted them to return they wanted to give me a store credit for $5.00 bucks…REALLY…they make it impossible to return anything I had ordered shirts of large size and they sent me 6 …4xextra large in size..they pretend to except the return and the way they have the return formatted it keeps canceling out the return..this is the biggest scam ever..what a joke with their free points game..they do however send out items..but they may not be what you ordered..and they are impossible to contact..finding contact information for temu is like looking for brown Easter egg.s in a fla. swamp..would not recommend…”
“There are been some good things and there has been some terrible things. I still not have received my refund refund.
It has been over 60 days and they keep saying that it went to my Cash app…. No confirmation from Cash App for the refund. I sent all of the merchandise back and it was in great shape because I looked at it and sent it back. In package. I’m not even sure if this will make the review.”
“They are thieves. I returned a product and they gave me the corresponding refund and a month later they deducted the amount again claiming that I had not sent the product, which was false. They opened a Ticket for me and a Supervisor contacted me apologizing and telling me that the refund had started again. Everything was false and now when I contact them again they tell me that they are going to put me with another supervisor, but they will not give me my money back. I advise that if you are regular buyers of Temu, you should check your accounts because maybe they are being robbed and you haven't realized it.”
“Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I have no idea where my parcels are and Temu will not check into it. I am out $170.”

“I have been shopping on Temu for the past two years. I am very impressed with the website as it is very customer friendly. I can easily summarize my orders and returns. All the nessary categories easily seen. The products are well priced. I have compared products sold on Amazon with the exact item on Temu. Temu is priced mostly 20% less. Shipping time is longer, but the stand behind the arrival time. A big plus...you can actually speak to a live customer service person with minimal difficulty. THESE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY!”

I like a lot of the things I've received but I just looked at my credit card bill and there's no way in hell I spent $450!
