“Temu is incredibly frustrating. Their advertisements flood every corner of my social media feeds and emails. Even after clicking 'I don’t like this ad,' it keeps reappearing constantly. It’s invasive and relentless. I’m not interested in their low-quality products, and this aggressive marketing only pushes me further away”
“We decided to live dangerously and try Temu. We spent about $200 on fishing & kitchen items. Our order was broken into 3 deliveries.
Nervously waiting, I was pleased to see we were getting regular updates on our items. And then in the promised timeframes, our items arrived.
Out of the over 20 ordered items, 4 needed to go back. I could not figure out the return process online & called the customer service number. Within a few moments I was talking to a live & very helpful person. He patiently helped me & sent me return labels to print.
I was in awe of how smoothly everything went from start to finish with Temu!”
“I never right reviews, I don't have time. To save everyone else sometime... Don't order anything, not only does it take forever to get your order, the quality is so bad. Nothing I've ordered has fit, I still have packages in plastic I will give away. The baby clothes were so cheaply made I did not give them to my daughter in-law at all, I was embarrassed. “I'd put no star if I could. The automated system keeps you on hold for more then half an hour, then just hangs up before putting you through to a live person. My package through Temu, which I'll never order from again, because they use Raven Force, as their courier, has been saying for 2 days it's on the truck for delivery. So I've emailed and called and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. They don't answer at all. This is horrible customer service and I'm not sure how they continue to run this way. My package which was expensive is no where to be found, its saying it's on the truck for delivery for 2 days now and there is no one who responds to tell me where my package is. Temu is no help either. They just keep saying if not received after more than the month since I bought it, they can do something. So unprofessional and I will never order from TEMU again because they use Raven Force as their courier. Horrible experience. No updates online and they refuse to answer emails and phone hangs up. So so unprofessional. Never again.”
“I do not recommend buying through temu. They take a long time to send the order, the shipping too. When it arrives in the destination country, they send it through a frivolous, very slow carrier who has problems putting the package in the box. They do not put it in, they do not write a reason, at most they just send you a message that they will deliver it the next day. I waited for the package for more than 4 days, with a delay. Most sellers also sell low-quality goods. Agents are also frivolous, they do not know, they do not want to answer a simple question, I am writing about something else, the opposite. They do not know how to transfer credit to the account.”

“I have been buying from Temu for well over a year, small tools that are identical to ones on Amazon where the sellers charges a 50% + markup. But the really annoying thing about Temu for me is the deceptive and in my opinion illegal way they market products. I thought I had avoided these deceptive practices until a recent order for a cordless drill. The image showed it came with two batteries and the order even notes 2X batteries yesterday it came with just one. The local seller who I contacted started arguing that the order only included one battery despite showing them a picture of the order listing two ! TEMU refunded the full amount and said keep the drill. Yet the local seller kept messaging insisting it came with just one. I guess he lost the sale? Anyway because of this fiasco I have reported TEMU to the Federal Trade Commission The CFPB and President DJ Trump. Ranting on review sites helps relieve the frustration a little but if we all inundate these government bodies perhaps something will be done about these practices ? Since falling for Temu's BS. I have found literally thousands of similarly deceptive adverts filled with outright lies on their site. Picture of ten items only to find when you order, somewhere hidden in the small text at the bottom of the page a note saying the price you pay is for one !!! By all means write reviews but to get something to change write to the FTC, or Trump?”
“If I could leave no stars I would. The quality is horrible, one item my husband ordered came damaged, and the other item was made so cheap not sure it will last long. Trust me, you are better off spending a bit more for better quality (I have had items for over 30 years, they are well made and well worth their original price). Horrid, horrid quality and service. “I put my FULL delivery address, with my apartment number, the delivery man left my order outside the building, it was probably stolen, I contacted Temu and the only answer they gave me was that it was the carrier's fault, but I bought from Temu and not from the carrier, the carrier doesn't care, in other words, I lost my money.”

When inquired about my refund on several different occasions suddenly triggered all the past refunds I never received.Temu credit me $9 for past mistakes but still has not refunded my money for the original order that triggered this madness with just days left till vacation I'm for outfits down due to them playing with my money I will never do business with them again ever temu and klarna I'm done!!!”
“I was supposed to receive my order on January 6, but today is January 15, and I am still waiting. To make matters worse, I just checked the tracking system, and now they’ve delayed the delivery by another week without any explanation.
I sent three official emails to their customer service department, but no one has bothered to respond or address my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is appalling.
