The Temu site went blank abd customer service at Temu offered no help.
Whatever you do do not do what they ask of you to get anything free. You will waste a lot of time and your contacts will be harassed.”
“They charged my old charge card 53.00 for things I had in my cart that were to be free. So when I looked in my cart their response was on my screen. Thanks for your order we are charging a card that ends in 8098.
It was not my card so I went to cancel the order and no one got back with me. When they showed up Pay Pal charger my good charge card ending with different numbers. So I tried to return these things that were to be free. They do not accept returns. They suck. Never again.”

I went to UPS store and they scanned a code and printed label. Refund was fast. My reason for I only 3 stars is shipping speed. It is awful.
