“Two months have past. Not only have I not received my order but I was double billed. I have tried several times to contact customer service and have not received a reply.”
“What a useless company them and their Courier service. They took my parcel then they emailed me to say parcel was destroyed. What lies. I know they took it as they wanted to know what was in my parcel. Do yourself a favour stop ordering from them. They cannot help you but they are quick to take your money.”
“Temu.com is useless/fraud seller 99% of their product they sells is junk and same time it's so tough n difficult to return product, provide them pictures of product, then repack then go n dropoff at usps/ups n wait for credit. Hopeless sight.”
“Based on my purchase with TEMU, a lot of their products were either very small than what they displayed, material really cheap on clothes, shoes, and other items, and a lot of the products that I purchase is junk.”
“They processed a payment that I did not authorize. Allegedly I made a purchase on the 22nd of October, but received no confirmation email. The last time I made any kind of purchase and had it delivered was in February according to the only account that I have. Never gave me any kind of confirmation email on this fraudulent purchase and then told my credit card company that it was in fact a valid purchase. Despite the fact that it was nowhere to be found in my purchase history, my browsing history and I have no confirmation email. Not only did they violate their own terms of service saying they will not process payments that are not authorized, but they lied to my credit card company saying that I did in fact make this purchase despite them having no proof of it whatsoever. Like I said it's nowhere to be found in any of my history and I never got a confirmation email about this fraudulent charge. Don't do business with this crooked company.”
“I tried to place several orders on Black Friday with Temu. The first order went through fine, however, they cancelled each subsequent order and refunded my money. They wrote: We have detected unusual payment activity on your Temu order. It took forever to find out why since it isn’t easy getting someone to speak to. I was finally told that whenever an order is placed for over $100 they don’t let it go through unless you send them a screenshot of your credit card payment activity. They then hold any orders for 24 hours. Ok. Then why not hold the orders instead of canceling them and refunding my money? I guess if you order 1 item, they let it go through. Anything else, it’s just a major pain. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.”
“Used the app, went to view basket and it processed without an option to checkout. . Used virtual card, so cancelled the order immediately. Five days later, virtual card was used in a fraud charge. Very sketchy and deleted all my info and the app. Pew, this stinks”
“After waiting two weeks to get my order, the order was missing so Temu reshaped the order again but this time I waited another two weeks and the order was mangled inside the bag and the main two items were damaged.
Screw you Temu, I will never order anymore from you.”
“Bought a pair of pillows only received one. Their buying credits are are fake! I was offered a deal on a yard swing that wasn't available. They send a flood of email deals everyday. There is no way to contact them!”
“I hate to say this but TEMU is the far far far away best than Lazada, and Shoppee. BEST Price, BEST Merchs, Free BEST Delivery, BEST CX. We Filipinos have the chance to do it better BUT still we are a million miles away from it. I wanted to support local businesses BUT how can you do that IF these e-Commerce companies are scamming their customers.”
“They do not honor their coupons and rewards. It is a bait and switch gimmick for you only to spend more money. Many times I was offered free gifts only for them to not offer them after I checked out. They scam you almost every time!”
“I can find everything from comparative prices on Amazon, and temu keeps promising me credits, but it just discounts on things I don't want or can find cheaper elsewhere. "300 in credits!," is just savings on things I can buy elsewhere at a comparative price. "$3o in credits!" Is actually just "discounts on items I can get elsewhere at a competitive price.”
“ONLY RECEIVED HALF OF MY ORDER, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REST , EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE HERE BY THE 30TH. ITS THE 2ND. WANTED TO GIVE ME ONLY A $5 CREDIT FOR IT BEING LATE. BUT U HAVE TO ORDER $25 DOLLAEMRS JUST TO USE IT..... ALSO SENT ME EMAIL THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING FREE ITEMS, I NEVER RECEIVED!”
