“I discovered Temu over a year ago after going through cancer treatment & losing a lot of weight. Now, I’m in remission, have gained weight, & even though cancer caused irreparable damage, I’m here. I purchased an entire wardrobe & sandals from Temu, and everything went fine. A friend warned me that as long as everything went well, no worries, but if I ever had to make a return, it was a nightmare & money loss. I should’ve listened and never purchased from them.
Recently, I purchased three pairs of sandals, and unfortunately, even though I ordered the same size as always, they didn’t fit & when I placed them next to the previous purchases, it was apparent the new ones received were much larger. I took pictures of the new sandals next to the older ones to show the size to scale. The website provides few options when returning items. Unfortunately, one of the things I couldn’t do was explain that due to my condition, being disabled, and not being able to go to a UPS or FedEx store, I would need the items to be picked up at the Assisted Living Facility where I live.
Their website is incredibly limited regarding refunds/returns & is set up for the customer to lose a great deal of money. You are given the option of accepting almost 90% or less of what you paid for an item, not have to return them, and the matter is closed. My purchase was about fifteen dollars and change, which may not be much to others, but I live on a fixed Social Security disability check. For me, that is the equivalent of about $1000.00 for someone else.
I had to choose a partial refund of $5.39 and keep sandals, which I’ll have to give or throw away. I get back $5.39 out of the almost $16 I spent. That is what I call highway robbery.”
“I've order over 20 products from TEMU on 3 different orders. I expect them to arrive when they arrive, 2 days to 30 days. If you expect the package to be there on a certain day it might be there. It is not EBay or Amazon. If you want it fast look to see if it stocked locally. So far all of the items work and the quality is good on most items. If you are buying a $3 socket set (there are more better quality sets too ), it won't be Milwaukee quality, but how many $3 socket sets can you buy for the price of the Milwaukee? Battery powered tools I won't buy from them, I stick with DeWalt or better. Over all I've been happy with their products that I buy and the dilevery date. YES, I'm a live body from the US and like the products I received understanding that they might not be the best quality in the world. I bought all of my items with my own money and haven't been compenstated for anything.”
“Temu now requires a minimum spend of $40 before allowing you to complete the purchase / sale, what a scam. Have now gone back to Ebay for my purchases where the seller has freedom of choice to buy and spend in the quantities and total sale price that they want.”
“I bought a table top hobby type lathe and it’s to small. Less than 50$.
I wanted to return it in unused condition in original box and they want me to join a “return club” for 55$ per month unless I cancel the club charge. I can imagine how difficult that would be after jumping through all the TEMU hoops.
I’ve bought items from them before with satisfaction.
Buyer beware about their return hurdles.”

“I paid for express delivery of my first order and still don't have it 2 weeks later. I ordered my other items standard shipping and they arrived yesterday. There are no updates on the temu or ups website. Last I knew it was in Kentucky last week. Now there is no delivery date available for the last week. NEVER ordering anything off of there again.”

“Slow delivery, no fee delivery on local wharehouse. And I am waiting to see how my return goes. If it isn't in full, thats the end of my ordering with you. “I started using Temu, everything looked fine and I was receiving my orders until I bought two solar panels and two solar generators, with rechargeable batteries, only two packages arrived, with one generator and one solar panel, the other items did not. I made a claim for $160 but it was denied. Very frustrated with this service because these items were for a donation. I erased their app and I am not buying anymore from them anymore.”
“I’ve found the products good value, especially the wooden toys, hair accessories, cushions, etc. The standard delivery is always prompt. I’m not a fan of the discount wheel that feels like gambling and I don’t like making decisions in a rush. However I’m writing this review because post office in Australia only gave me 1 of 2 packages of one of my orders & returned other one to Temu. Even though this isn’t the company’s fault, they still offered me a voucher & refunded the money into my account without me even asking. This is businesses authenticity. Temu is our go-to for absolutely everything that’s become so overpriced here! Thank you Temu.”
