“Was sitting in my living room when temu delivery driver stopped stepped one foot in my yard and threw my package landing on wet grass as it has been raining for 2 days. I would never try to get anyone fired from a job but this person definitely needs to be fired as he obviously doesn't care what if my order was breakable this guy was an absolute asshole.”
“I have used Temu so much. Ya their quality isn't the best. Prices are compatible with my shein and Ali accounts. My biggest issue is their promotional events. You need to spend lots of money and buy lots of items to reach the end of events. Then once you finally after months of playing events daily purchasing lots of items to reach end they refuse to give you rewards you won. They always state you haven't completed event. I am in that situation now. I am tired of being screwed and insulted. I also refuse to try over again to see perhaps this time I can win free items but not a chance. I am done with Temu and take the thousands of dollars I spend on Temu at Christmas time shopping and shop at Shein and Ali. Quality and delivery time are not any better but being treated as a valued customer is a lot better”
“I returned 4 items, and they are claiming that I never returned anything, even though I have confirmation from the currier company which collected the package! I sent them proof of receipt, asking to show what was in the package they received (as there is a confirmation from them that they received a package, however that the items weren’t in it), however they are completely ignoring me over and over again! “the site works well and you get stuff at a cheap price but have to wait a while for delivery. the thing that really annoys me is the scam rewards. i understand that if i buy something every day i will get a reward each day etc but twice now i have been promised that if i check out the items in my baset i will get CASH in my paypal. those were the words... CASH in my paypal, not a reward if i do something for 7 days etc... ended up complaining and got given credit on the site but the rewards are a scam and totally worthless.”
“Prices change from when you select to when you place order. You spin to get discounts that never materialize. Products arrive in plastic bags, frequently crushed. They tell me they are refunding my paypal account, but the refund never arrives. Also found the same items in the dollar store at 1/4 the price paid to Temu. Many items do not have a size and look bigger than what arrives. Same item appears on their web site at 6 different prices. Many item need a power supply that does not ship with it. Others require USB charging from your computer.”

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online company. Temu accessed my PayPal account and made a fraudulent charge without my authorization. After that, they refused to provide return labels for items that were either delivered to the wrong address or to my neighbors instead of me.
To make things worse, a large amount was withdrawn from my bank account, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I keep getting generic replies instead of real help or accountability.
This has been a stressful and unacceptable experience. Do not trust Temu with your payment information — their handling of sensitive financial data and orders is reckless and unsafe. I will be reporting this to PayPal and my bank for further investigation.”

“Misleading marketing and placing 1c, products in you basket, then they don't ship those products except what you have been highly charged on.
Very poor quality products
The pictures do not match what they sent, or the size delivered is completely off, way less.
I would be happy to sign a class action against this company.”
