“I got a notice from PayPal that Temu put through an order that I didn't place while I slept. Can't file a refund as there is no order. Refuse to refund and chat will not email. PayPal was contacted to block them from continuing this. They only keep diverting the issue with nonsense Apologies.”
“I bought some items worth 100 AED as the minmum order purchase was 90 AED. The items shown in the app was very convincing and appealing. When I got the items which I ordered it was not even worth 30 AED. The quality was very poor and brittle.”
“Honestly I fell for it . Everyone said things are so cheap on here well one night I couldn’t sleep and I spent over $200 on here and as I’m getting these items I n the mail the first pkg was something I never ordered. I tried to return it but you can only return off your receipt. But I didn’t order this soooo. Not to mention the few things I did get that I did order were not good quality. And not cheap. I only purchased 13 things and nothing that I probably couldn’t have gotten from a dollar store. So I don’t see the great savings to continue using the site.

“i ordered a package about a month ago and it hasn’t come and then just recently it said that i put in the wrong address so i sent them a ticket to change it, but nothing has changed in the past about week and they won’t let me return it, they need proof it’s here but it’s not even here.”
“I received only part of my order and immediately complained to Temu asking for the missing parts. Their response was for me to post the parts I had received back to them at my expense (cost $25) and they will decide my claim. Not a reasonable offer considering the low cost of the polisher.”

“My daughter ordered baby clothes that were very nice & well made. I ordered a bedspread also well made. Shower curtain & matching rugs, again nice & well made. I order alot of cheap rings of course they're going to turn but what do you expect for $1.99 lol just order a couple more. Earrings all good. Led lights/trees all good. I even risked ordering blue jeans, they were good. Out of everything I've ordered the majority has been good. Shipping is going to up your final price. They keep you posted by email on delivery. Holidays going to take alittle longer.”
