“I was scammed by a Temu seller (Silk Ville) and Temu couldn't understand how simple and obvious the scam was. I bought a 9' Christmas tree. The picture of the package delivered by FedEx showed a 14" x 14" 2 lb padded envelope on some porch that was not mine. Google Maps street view would prove that it could not be my porch. The seller is no longer on Temu, and nearly every review of the seller claimed the same scam that happened to me. I provided all the proof to Temu, and after a month of trying to resolve the issue with Temu and receiving the same nonsense ineffective automated replies and insincere apologies from them each time, I contested the charges with my credit card. Voila, on 01/13/26, I got an email claiming they were processing the refund as a "one-time exception". What? How Rude!!! A one-time exception??? That means they didn't believe my evidence and will not protect me from future scams on Temu. Well, that means I'm done being a customer. Adios Temu. It was nice until it wasn't!!!”
“I've been ordering for the past few months all the products seem to be good the only problem I have is they give you a chance to win free gifts if you buy more I made a few purchases but no free gifts get rid of the free coupons and the wheel spinning if your not going to give free gifts it says 3 free gifts I pick them then I have to spend more money to get a free gift and it not a gift I choose I like the items and I think the prices are really reasonable but stop with the false hope”

“I need to do a lot of research before I purchase from Temu, because a lot of the items are junk. If I'm buying a sweatshirt or jeans then I'm usually okay. My biggest complaint about Temu is the coupon bundles. In order to get coupons and redeem them you have to buy a lot more which I find really annoying. I am a frequent customer of Temu so once in a while offer me substantial savings on my order instead of the useless stupid coupon bundles.”
“Temu ships all orders in plastic bags. You can comfirm this when you review shipping status. An example, information shows shipping in a "24 x 22" bag. I have received such orders and the contents include crushed, bent, defective items. I have also received items that were in boxes, crushed, and item is no longer in the box. I will, personally, not order from Temu again.”

They referred me back to Temu after being told by four associates. There was nothing they could do. I was told they would escalate my ticket to a higher up within one minute. I received a close ticket notice and an email stating that they could not do anything about the purchase.

“For my daughter's 12th birthday I ordered her a personalized LED mirror that had her name on it the package was delivered by a plain clothes man in a sedan not a postman handed to my ex-husband a box in pond which they opened there was a remote and a stand no mirror. I had to reorder her a mirror and I'm still waiting for that mirror to be delivered and during that I've asked for a refund in which they will not give to me because they say that it has been delivered and that their shop has confirmed the packing and delivering to my daughter who says and is upset and crying that she did not receive her personalized mirror for her 12th birthday and they want to give me a 20% coupon that caps at $20”

“I was asked for a Fingerprint & a Password. The fingerprint worked msybe: 4 to 5 days to look on site. Then my Cellphone completely locked down. I couldn't remember the Password. Temu offered a Supervisors assistant charged me $45. I had charges removed. I couldn't get Samsung or Verizon to unlock my phone. Now, it's sitting in drawer after I paid $200 Then I had to get a new cellphone; a new number & email. I lost of of my Photos & Information.
