“I got hooked on temu brfore I knew what hit me. I have purchased over 80 times from them.
In recognition of my high standing, they send me an email telling me that becsuse of my huge numbers of purchases that I've won 5 free items. It then told me to pick 5 items.
This next step took me a couple of hours becsuse I wanted to make the most out of these five freebies.
After I picked all five, it tells me that I'm also winning a sixth item and leeds me to a catalog site where I can pick a 6th item.
So I did, then it tells me that for that sixth prize, I needed to give them a bunch of my contacts. Feeling really manipulated, I gave them 6 or 7 and that was it. I even called everyone whom I shared their contacts and told them to just delete anything from Temu. I was only short one penny to reach my shared request.
I got upset and refused to give them another word or even a look
So even though I had already picked our my 5 free items, I lost all of them because I wouldn't give them any more of my contacts.
I was one penny a¹way and now I'm out of all their false offers.

“I ordered 3 wigs from Temu. They have very low quality construction and sent wrong colors
. Not the colors I ordered or the style that was shown. They think they will get away with it because they are cheap and it’s a hassle to return. They use cheap materials and construction on many items. Amazon has better quality wigs in sane styles but much better construction. The wig cap shows thru on one wig and the side panels show on another, the color is wrong on one that I ordered platinum blonde and it came light brown. I don’t know if I ever will order from Temu again.”
“BEWARE I ordered from Temu package was sent out for some reason it only had my city and state location no house address but all my address was updated on Temu so fed ex got the package to deliver but couldn’t because of insufficient address so I called customer service at FedEx they told me I had to contact Temu so they could get in touch with FedEx to get right address so I did Temu told me I had to get in touch with FedEx which I did Temu just gave me the run around so I guess I’m out of money on that order but be sure I will NEVER order from them again”

“Temu used to be my favorite shopping place for, unique items, great prices, quality and delivery. But now they seem to have but stopped delivering purchases. They offer a $5 credit if item not received within a certain but it soon becomes not be worth it when it occurs on a regular basis. Now they offer a full refund when the item is weeks late plus supposedly you still get your item. I have not seen that happen yet. Too bad. I can’t use Temu and I can’t recommend them anymore.”

“Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. All China products that are cheap junk. Don't ask for a refund. You will never see it. They have owed me $54 for 6 months now and even my bank can't find a legitimate person to talk to. Delivery takes 4-6 weeks and arrives damaged, open and in some cases wet and moldy. Clothing doesn't fit right and household items are smaller than the pictures and plastic. This company should be shut down.”

“I got some pretty good stuff from them, a few questionable things but overall I was please until........I charged my card, at the very same second a random person with a Chinese sounding name appeared on my card right along with the temu charged. I questioned the random person that charged my card but communication was a joke. No progress was made in that farce of a chat. Then sure enough 2 charges appeared on that card for American Eagle. The amount was zero but it was the scammer testing the water. No more temu for me. Sad because I've spent $1000+ this past year. Bye bye temu”
