“Placed exact order within 24 hours on 2nd order they charged $17.72 more. They say they compare prices but I ordered from the same company. I talked to Sam an agent then within 24 hours a resolution agent asked the same questions that I already answered. So even after all that they act like they don't understand what your asking. Temu you have lost a customer.”

“Do NOT buy multiple items from TEMU!!! I placed six small items in one order; I made sure ALL six items were from their LOCAL warehouses to make sure they would come sooner and together. Guess what; I got SIX deliveries across a span of ten days and it turns out it added $18 for additional shipping cost. The added shipping cost was not shown in my cart until it was processed via Paypal. Amazon is worth the higher cost; TEMU needs to die.”
“The Temu violates the terms of delivery without the consent of the buyer. The delivery period 4-8 business days (Nov 27-Dec 4) specified when ordering was extended until January 9. Thus, this is more than 2 months from the moment of placing the order. During this time, the need for the ordered product has completely disappeared.
Multiple requests to the support service with a request to cancel the order and make a refund are ineffective. They only apologize for the delay or offer a 20% discount valid for 7 days (I consider the value of this compensation to be zero).
I consider the service of this company unsatisfactory and violating all the rights of the buyer.”
