Didn't get refunded total amount on returned items. Given credit for remaining amount. Will never do bussiness with temu again.

They offered me all kinds of free stuff, which I picked out and I also bought a couple of things. Come to find out two days after I bought the stuff they had charged me for everything except one item! I have not received my items yet and I am going to contact PayPal and request temu not be paid. They are a total RIP

I've ordered several items. The only problem I had was that some of the product wasn't in the same package. However, the tracking says it was. Other than that the product is fair for a great price. I can't complain about that. I use temu A lot. Not very many if any problems

I placed an order said I would get 4 free gifts with the order and then when I went to place the order they are only sending one free gift not 4. A little false advertising, a scam. I will think twice about ordering again.

This is going on 2 weeks I ordered Billings Montana t-shirts two of them and they sent me two Buffalo New York t-shirts and I'm not getting no response they keep sending me these number tickets over my email they keep apologizing but they are not resolving nothing I should be either getting a refund or two free t-shirts

Your delivery service is terrible I am ordering from Shein. Their delivery service is much faster Where is this stuff coming from? China My goodness, Your delivery service is so slow, by the time I get it, I have forgotten what I ordered.

Temu customer service is AI generated responses that rarely address the issue you are contacting them about. Some of their sellers are quite dishonest and Temu allows that. I have often ordered one item and received another in its place. Temu says contact the seller. The seller says they sent the correct item. I send them a screenshot of their advertisement to prove it was not the correct item. They say they will look into it and Temu contacts me. Temu says they will look into it. After three days and many wasted hours nothing is resolved. Temu says your ticket is closed, dispute resolved. I am out $40 and will never shop on Temu again.

I am very happy with Temu customer service and products. They respect the customers. I’m a frequent customer. I think that other venders are jealous of Temu.

I ordered around 25 products from the Temu website, and while the pictures initially looked promising, I was disappointed with the quality of the items upon arrival. They seemed poorly made and did not match the images, which gave the impression that they were heavily photoshopped. Additionally, I experienced significant delays in delivery, which felt intentional. Although I received a $5 credit for the inconvenience, the catch is that you must place an order of at least $40 to use it. Based on my experience, I would advise against shopping at Temu. It’s better to buy from local stores, even if it costs a few dollars more. You’ll receive better quality products, faster delivery, and a sense of trust in your purchase.

The promotion of receiving free gifts is misleading and dishonest. I followed the instructions to receive six gifts by placing the gifts I wanted in a box labeled “free gifts.” Instead of receiving the gifts, I was charged $110. The instructions on the event page instructed me to order up to $55 in additional items to qualify for the free items. Once I ordered the extra items, I was told I qualified for the six gifts. Once the paid items were ordered, I also ordered the free items, but instead of receiving the items for free, I was charged. When I spoke to customer service, I was told that I had to pay for the items in the boxes labeled “free” before I qualified to receive free items. Those instructions are not in the rules, and I found the boxes labeled “free gifts” misleading.

Hey look we love y'all products I'm not even mad that they take long to get to us some of the products have been wrong at times but for the price I wouldn't argue about it but if y'all say we have free stuff then why don't y'all send it you guys have the addresses I have never gotten any free products from y'all I feel like y'all draw people in to buy more stuff just give them the free stuff already SMH

I purchased a pair of floral trousers and the inside seam above the knee on both legs pulled apart as it wasn’t cut and machined properly. They are not allowing enough fabric for the seam to be held together and it frays and pulls apart. AND I only wore them once demonstrating a factory fault.

I waited two months to redo all my order. When it finally all arrived I found it to be nothing like the pictures of the items I chose to buy. I had to resubmit my returns for refund twice while I waited for everything else to arrive as I only had one free return per order. I taped all the packages together and used a n entire roll of tape so nothing could go missing. They are claiming they haven’t received a large part of the order back, totalling over £110. How convenient… and customer services forwarded my issues to a supervisor who claimed there was nothing they could do, even though I have a receipt for the parcel returned and two of the items have been refunded from that parcel… but the rest of it has vanished. Con merchants! I will be deleting the app and strongly advise people to do the same.

I discovered Temu over a year ago after going through cancer treatment & losing a lot of weight. Now, I’m in remission, have gained weight, & even though cancer caused irreparable damage, I’m here. I purchased an entire wardrobe & sandals from Temu, and everything went fine. A friend warned me that as long as everything went well, no worries, but if I ever had to make a return, it was a nightmare & money loss. I should’ve listened and never purchased from them. Recently, I purchased three pairs of sandals, and unfortunately, even though I ordered the same size as always, they didn’t fit & when I placed them next to the previous purchases, it was apparent the new ones received were much larger. I took pictures of the new sandals next to the older ones to show the size to scale. The website provides few options when returning items. Unfortunately, one of the things I couldn’t do was explain that due to my condition, being disabled, and not being able to go to a UPS or FedEx store, I would need the items to be picked up at the Assisted Living Facility where I live. Their website is incredibly limited regarding refunds/returns & is set up for the customer to lose a great deal of money. You are given the option of accepting almost 90% or less of what you paid for an item, not have to return them, and the matter is closed. My purchase was about fifteen dollars and change, which may not be much to others, but I live on a fixed Social Security disability check. For me, that is the equivalent of about $1000.00 for someone else. I had to choose a partial refund of $5.39 and keep sandals, which I’ll have to give or throw away. I get back $5.39 out of the almost $16 I spent. That is what I call highway robbery.

I've order over 20 products from TEMU on 3 different orders. I expect them to arrive when they arrive, 2 days to 30 days. If you expect the package to be there on a certain day it might be there. It is not EBay or Amazon. If you want it fast look to see if it stocked locally. So far all of the items work and the quality is good on most items. If you are buying a $3 socket set (there are more better quality sets too ), it won't be Milwaukee quality, but how many $3 socket sets can you buy for the price of the Milwaukee? Battery powered tools I won't buy from them, I stick with DeWalt or better. Over all I've been happy with their products that I buy and the dilevery date. YES, I'm a live body from the US and like the products I received understanding that they might not be the best quality in the world. I bought all of my items with my own money and haven't been compenstated for anything.
