“Ordered hitbox welder off temu and never received. contacted temu and was told to contact DPD UK, DPD told me to contact E-target they told me to contact temu.
so contacted them again. they said contact hitbox the retailer that sold the welder so did that and guess what they told me to contact DPD so I've come full circle. £250 down and no welder. once they have your money they just don't care. I'm writing this review because I don't want anybody else to fall victim.”

Customer "support" is robotic, almost patronizing and email support is even worse and responds with autonomic, bot and scripted responses with vague verbiage and no solutions.
Misleading promos and insane amount of marketing emails sent to customers that are misleading and include statementsthat are downright incorrect.
I will never use this site again and if could give negative stars I would.”

I did this multiple times across different orders, but the promised freebies never arrived. Given the repeated disappointment and lack of any resolution, I stopped using the service. “I have dealt with Temu in the past with good results, this year, not at all. they changed prices of items as soon as the were in the cart, charged shipping when it said it was free and sent items to the wrong address even after I had deleted the wrong address from my account. never again. once it was a good company, now they have too many partners, and don't offer real deals anymore.”

“Don’t fall for the 3 items for one cent. Once you pick the 3 items, it asks you to pick one more item at regular price to complete your order. They do not ship you the 3 items but they do ship the regular price. It happened to 3 of us.”
“I have been scammed by temu twice now. I have just one four free gifts again at no cost. That never happens. I picked the gifts and to receive more than one I need to continually purchase other products. They send the cheapest gift first and then as I said I need to keep buying. I continually receive emails from them stating I have gifts at no cost. Never again.”
