I had a terrible experience with Temu. I purchased a 10x10 pop-up canopy tent and never opened or unboxed it because I decided I didnāt need it. I returned the item exactly as it was sent to meācompletely untouched and unopened.
However, Temu only gave me a partial refund, claiming the item was ādamagedā and āmissing pieces.ā How could that even be possible when it was never opened?! They are refusing to refund me fully and are essentially blaming me for their own false claims.
Their customer service is atrocious. No help, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I will never shop with them again and urge others to avoid this shady company. Save your money and shop elsewhere!”

“I made a purchase in one of Temu credit back events, my account at Temu shows my ClaimCredit is $11.10, which need to claim every day for 7 days, and I did, but by 2nd day, the claim screen disappeared, so I was unable to claim this credit.
I contact Temu the day when ClaimCredit screen disappeared, the agents at Temu gave me some useless suggestions to access the ClaimCredit, did NOT work. Then they waited until my 7 days of claim credit expired, then tells me "your claim credit" is Not available due to claim credit time expired.
This happened to me twice. Others on google have expressed same issue.
Temu's lack response to their promise on these events, makes you wonder if these events are even REAL.
There may be a bug in their system for these events, but Temu agents do NOT solve problems, just give you textbook answers and wait until time expires.

“I ordered 5 items that came to a total of $57.67. The breakdown showed that the items were originally $462.00 and I got a discount which brought them down to $93.93. I also had credit of $36.26. Which then brings my total to what it is anyway. My credit has been applied to an amount that is almost double what the items cost. How is this even legal in Australia. This is literally a scam.
