If you have an inquiry you will get the same, revolving, feedback from an AI generated program and no real answers. With the additional shipping costs from the Local warehouse selections (which is most everything now) you may as well go to Amazon and get your stuff in days, not WEEKS.”
“Absolutely excellent customer service every time. Frankly, way better than Anazon. An example of this outstanding customer service happened today. I was talking to Francis in CS about an issue with a return. I misunderstood the issue and I got upset, I was not nice to her. Francis was so.patuent , she continued to help me and resolved the return issue. She accepted my apology gracefully. Temu has almost same products as Amazon,but for less than third of the price. They have a huge variety of good products at great prices. Their return policy is easy and straightforward.

“They are selling into the UK, mains electricity products with no fuse in them. The mains plug on these products do not conform to British standards in law. The lack of a fuse is creating a fire hazard as the cable becomes the fuse! A fuse is required because British houses have a ring main configuration!
Despite highlighting the problem to TEMU multiple times, they insist on ignoring the issue and are happy to let their products BURN British houses to the GROUND.”
“After ordering a few times we have decided not to use Temu ever again, products are very cheaply made, and the performance is not as good as it’s supposed to be, some products are delivered damaged and it’s not from shipping, it’s from manufacturing or the warehouse, but basically we gave up because we couldn’t trust that what we were buying wasn’t a piece of junk, the free gifts are all cheap junk to hook you into buying more, don’t fall for it like we did, bought a mini projector for my cell phone and the image is absolute garbage, I don’t even use it, bought a shower curtain and the stitching on the folded edges is defective in a few places, bought a shower head with a hand held piece and the connector came all gouged up as if it had been cut with a hacksaw, anyway that’s what we have to say, be warned.”
