“Despite having spent thousands with this company and recommended them to numerous friends and family, I was unable to get help resolving a $12.00. The products and service have become progressively worse as well.”
“My order total was $118 and they charged me $225. I submitted a refund and they just refunded the $118 but not the rest of my money. I’ll never buy from this company again. They are scammers!!”
“Temu is a joke. First ordered item was a problem. I've been around decades with excellent rated credit. They charged my card, went through fine, then asked for verification proof. I sent them a very nice high-res scan of my credit card statement with last four of my card circled. They wouldn't accept that and wanted more. So next I sent them a very nice high-res scan of my credit card front and back, and they wouldn't accept that. My real opinion is they didn't have the item I ordered in stock and used a possible fraudulent activity as an excuse. I ordered another item the day after the first and it went through fine. Waste of time and a messed up company...”
“I ordered a skull comforter set
I received a fitted sheet & pillow cases
WTH?!?!?!
I’m will NEVER order from temu again!!!!!
What a rip off!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬”
“Smart cup air freshener with lights only lasted a month. Don’t let them reviews convince you how good they were. Would never spend money on one of them again!”
“Package stolen cause they cant deliver well, left at the worst spot possible and wont take blame for it. 50$ in the trash. Rude customer service too.”
“The Temu App shopping experience is annoying and deceptive. First, there are a lot of POP-UP SPINNING PRIZE WHEELS offering credits which are more like pennie’s. You’ll always win 195 credits, but you need 200 credits to claim your prize. To receive the 5 missing credits you need to purchase more items.
Turns out 200 credits is $2.00. However,
The credits never seem to be available when checking out or they are “expired”.
Also, they offer you $5 CREDIT if your package does not arrive by delivery date.
When you receive a $5 credit, TEMU sends daily texts telling u to claim your credit before it expires. I have tried to claim these elusive $5 CREDITS on the same day that I receive a text, but they are EXPIRE AT CHECK-OUT.
PRODUCTS: I purchased 3 sets of solar lights. one set is very high quality and came in a manufactures box with instructions. The second set was okay, around the same quality u can purchase at a discount store. The third set had two defective lights.”
“Bate and switch. Will be closing my account once I receive my items. Was supposed to get 3 free items. Placed an order. Then they want me to spend more after the purchase. Done with them . Buyer beware!”
“My wife ordered this with paid the customers and everything to later find out that the package has been lost. Temu then gave an option for refund but the money goes into your Temu account balance and not back into her account. She also paid a customers fee which you do not get back. I will not buy anything from Temu ever.”
