I even sent in pics which supported my claim. So when Christmas time came and I still wasn't able to order like I wanted to; I had someone else use their account. The issue was NEVER resolved and the turquoise or teal sweatshirt tht I had ordered for my daughter came with stains on it. The whole trend is probably gonna end soon. “I have purchased A LOT from Temu. MOST items have been great. It is a 2-week delivery but sometimes faster. Occasionally, deliveries are late, and Temu lets me know they are late and gives me a $5.00 credit. When I have had to return items, it is very easy. A QR code is provided, and you can take it to UPS. Return: I have been offered half of my money back and to keep the item. Also, I have been offered a choice to have the full amount back as credit or refunded to the card I used for the purchase. If you spend $20 shipping is free from Temu - in China.
HOWEVER if you purchase an item that says it is from the Local Warehouse, you are likely to be charged $2.99 for each item from the Warehouse. The explanation is that your items need to be from the SAME STORE to receive free postage. The Warehouse has items from many stores. Yeah, just because it is from the same Warehouse does not count. So, it saves a bit of money to order from Temu in China.
ONE MORE DIFFICULTY. They have started using a delivery service called UniUni. I have received several messages that the driver could not deliver my package - "there was a delivery with your Temu order." I live in a gated community. If the delivery attempt was made after hours or on the weekend, the driver probably did not know how to get in. No, the company did not try to solve the problem.
I do like my purchases from Temu however, you do need to look at the descriptions. Go below the reviews of the product to find Product Details. The pictures will show the dimensions.”

The incident took place on the 24th Christmas Eve!

“I returned an item and they refused to return all my money. They claimed there were damaged and missing parts when I eroded them they said part of the box on one item was damaged. I am still trying to get my full refund from them. They are liars and cheats. If I good give zero star I would have. They should ne allowed in the US market.

“They said an order was delivered. The photo is not of my doorstep. When I went to their app to ask for a refund, it automatically said they had proof from the delivery company it was delivered. That being the photo. They advertise it’s easy to get refunds but it’s an automatic no when you try. I won’t be buying from them again. Most of the stuff I got in the past was just junk.”

“We decided to live dangerously and try Temu. We spent about $200 on fishing & kitchen items. Our order was broken into 3 deliveries.
Nervously waiting, I was pleased to see we were getting regular updates on our items. And then in the promised timeframes, our items arrived.
Out of the over 20 ordered items, 4 needed to go back. I could not figure out the return process online & called the customer service number. Within a few moments I was talking to a live & very helpful person. He patiently helped me & sent me return labels to print.
I was in awe of how smoothly everything went from start to finish with Temu!”
