“Terrible Customer Service and Payment Experience
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Temu. I placed an order for a pair of heels at the beginning of August 2024, but the issues began when I was asked to pay for customs a week later. The payment process on their app was a nightmare – despite multiple attempts, I couldn't complete the transaction due to a glitch that prevented payments from going through.
To seek assistance, I reached out to their customer service through the app's chat function, but to my dismay, there were no agents available to provide support. I was then directed to contact their agents via WhatsApp, but even on that platform, my queries went unanswered.
Despite voicing my concerns through a review on their app, I didn't receive any response or acknowledgment from Temu. The lack of customer service and the unresponsive communication channels have left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
At this point, I have lost all interest in making any future purchases from Temu and strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this company. I am now seeking a refund for the order that was never completed due to the payment issues and the abysmal customer service provided by Temu.”
“Got 256 GB thumb drives. Only 14GB available for me to use. I can only assume the rest is tied up in Spyware. Afraid to use them on my computer. They were advertised as 3.0 compatible but were only 2.0.”
“Dont buy from this company. They advertised 13 piece golf grips and after weeks of waiting I got one grip and that was very poor quality. Like the saying if it's to good to be true. Be warned dont buy from them.”
“Temu: order of package at the cost of £277 only to realise it was ordered in error - I was on automatic payment via paypal. Tried to cancel immediately no chance! Package was delivered told TEMU I dont want it and they said I could keep it and they could refund only £55. I declined, as I really do not need the item. Now its two bulky bed base and its quite heavy, they want me to arrange return!! This is contrary to their policy of free returns!! I am disappointed that TEMU have refused to pick up the package and want to force me to make payment for something I dont want or need. This is going against the terms and conditions of a contract UNDER THE SALES OF GOODS ACT. I have the right to return the package. TEMU must arrange collection accordingly because your marketing promises FREE RETURNS .”

I have bought many things and had to just throw them away, but I also got some good stuff too.... my complaint is 2 different times I was offered free gifts if I spent a certain amount and didn't receive the free gifts either time.... I don't like being played... I will not order from there again for that reason.”

“I have absolute faith in Temu due to experience. I have had NO poor quality products. They have been exactly as shown on their website. The one product (a wall hanging that looked blurry except from 20 feet away) that I could not use, they totally refunded. They deliver in the timeframe that they say they will and I am completely happy with this company.”
“Parcel arrived with 9 items missing and in different packaging from their usual orders with a sticker on saying the courier company had repaired the packaging. Contacted them straight away only to be told because it left the warehouse ok they wouldn't do anything to help.
Avoid unless you want your money stolen on goods that don't arrive.

“Have used to buy lots of bits from syrup dispenser, t shirts, rubber strips, diy stuff and tools always a bargain price if you shop around the available sellers.
Promotions are a bit ott and difficult to follow but with delivery free when you spend -£15, I'm very happy.
Delivery is generally good in the order of just over a week with plenty of updates and tracking information and they give credits if they are late.
Goods are similar quality for less then half the price of what you pay in high street shops.”
“I ordered a clax cart$210.00 for my partner who is disabled we waited a long time when th box came it was too small to be what we ordered this proved to be they sent us two peices of a frame not relating to any thing we ordered sent it back to be replaced or refunded our request was denied so no refund or product I tried to appeal this and was told temu would look in to it it was decided again itried once more an go apologies from a supervisor said he would check eith the warehouse then he reported back to me saying we got or correct item and would no longer look in this matter even though they have our money any the frames whatvever they were this is STEALING TEMUE SHAME SHAME SHAME don't take the risk warn everyone else if it's not a $3 steer away no product or refund offered”
“They kept sending me double orders in other words I would only buy 1 blanket and everyday there would be another one then another one then the next day another one of course they billed me on credit card this has happened about 5 times ordered a clock just one and every day got another so on I got 5 of them another purchas was a tin bank with key I got 4 of them tried to explain to them what was happening and they treated me like I was ripping them off for a refund I ordered just 1 that was all I needed. Now I am so afraid to order again from them. Since then went back to amazon at least they give me what I order.”
“I too have just experience an issue with get my refund from temu. I sent back a heavy duty pullup bar (it had two of the same arm) in june , and have call, texted to no avail. we are now the end of august and still no refund. I have proof that it was sent and they are refusing to refund me, claiming they never received the package . this was over 200$that they are refusing to give me back”
“I Love temu I've been ordering from them for 2 years now. I have never been disappointed in anything I have bought from them. And although I have received a few damaged items they refunded my money for these items right away. I had no problems getting a refund. And you don't have to ship the items back. I have got alot of cool stuff for a cheap price. I have no complaints have recommended it family and friends who have also bought from them and are all satisfied with what they bought no issues. Just read product descriptions carefully and read reviews in product and seller before ordering and you should have no issues.”
