“If you want to buy some traditional Chinese things like lanterns or some decorations, you can try this website because they are not expensive. Usually the price should be 10~20% cheaper than in the United States. If you buy more, then you should save some. However, don't buy wigs or other items that may not fit you (complete garbage). Don't believe the website when they say you saved hundreds of dollars...I don't know why they do such a stupid thing because we shop all the time and we know what the price range is. I bought several small backpacks and the quality is really not good so I give them away.

I have never returned an item...even when mistakenly, i reordered another by mistake. I received so many beautiful and useful items, not realizing they were gifts! “I've spent lots of money with Temu, cheap goods that ALL represent value for money but suit my needs. Biggest problem is being promised offered free/discounts that you can't get unless you spend more money on following days. Refunds and any complaints have been dealt with immediately and satisfactorily and only represent a very small part of my dealings with Temu.
I have dumped several items into the bin rather than complain as my time far outweighs their value.... but... I've got lots of little bits/things only because they're so cheap. 😎”
“Well, they are good in some ways and not so good in others. I am disabled without access to transportation. There is no option for pick up. So zero refund. It is constant bombardment and it borders on harassment. Non stop! The credits apply as a good price. Not an actual credit on purchases. Some items are good and some items are honestly crappy. They do specify if it is Asian sizing on some clothing items, and some items I recognize from Amazon. However, Amazon picks up! I’m seriously done with the bull and harassment.”
