“This was last of about 11 replies to TEMU advanced support regarding a package that they said they delivered to me, but on a 3 way call with a TEMU phone rep, a live FedEx agent, and myself, FedEx did in fact state that tracking number did not belong to me. The FedEx agent told the TEMU rep who it was assigned to and where it was delivered and it was not to me. The TEMU rep assured me that it was a recorded line and she documented what the FedEx agent told her. She assured me that the info would be passed on to the proper dept. Then I get a rejection of refund letter. They send me a screen shot of the same info I had from putting in the tracking number. No street address, just city, state, and zip, which is the same. I have plead with them to simply pick up the phone ans speak with a live FedEx rep. Or listen to the recorded line of the conversation between TEMU phone rep and live FedEx rep. By the way, I ordered a gazebo. The tracking details say the package weighed 5 pounds ans was 13"x9"x8". Really? Can't be a gazebo at 5 pounds. I don't know what else to do. They have cheated me out of $72.42.

It was, but your logistic info is incorrect for that tracking number. If you speak to a live FedEx rep, like your TEMU rep Aleen did on Dec 6th at approx 1:13pm central time, that tracking number was assigned to XXXXX XXXSS XXXXXX., Jay, OK 74346. A live FedEx agent told your TEMU phone rep that exact info. The tracking number is mis assigned in your logistics system. A live FedEx phone rep confirmed this with your phone rep.
PLEASE, call FedEx and speak with a LIVE rep and they will tell you that tracking number does belong to me. Only in your system.

“This site is a joke!!!! Sneaky!!!! Spliting orders, advertising cheap prices, but adding shipping charges on everything that isn't shipped from Tumu ". I spent an hour shopping for items that were from Tumu only to discover the filter is set to only show me products that are shipped from warehouses that charge shipping on every item. I bought items that were less than the shipping. I tried to change the filter, but it wouldn't let me.... Total waste of time.”

“Iāve always did good with Temu been shopping for quite some time. Love the quality of everything Iāve purchased and I purchased more frequently than Amazon and anywhere else although I shop a lot. Well recently I was giving one of those free gift games which I havenāt played in over a year and the first time I played, it dooped me so it made me play again. The second time it had me inviting people. I needed to invite 3 people through my text messages then one through my WhatsAppās and all I needed was one new user with only 0.01 earnings to win to go with 24:00:00 time. I sent the link and my friend accepted it. Temu then kicked me out and started my time over with the need of 0.05 more credits before I could win!
This is the second or third real problem Iāve had out of Temu and I had decided to stop shopping elsewhere to make Temu my shopping spot. Glad this happened before making that decision.
I think Iāll go back to in store shopping unless they make that impossible and by then I wonāt have a need to shop at all. Iām done with all these online shopping pages because all of them have failed me not to mention the mess Iām dealing with at Amazon. Iāve spent over $1,000 in the last month shopping and all of my packages are missing with no resolve!”
“Temu actually is cyber criminalThey lure you with freebies and then charge you, I bought some items from them from Black Friday sale they offered to give some free items if I spend certain amount which I did, they showed items on their portal as order total $0, and then charged me from my credit balance, while order total still showing $0 on dashboard as shown on screenshot, they now refuse to acknowledge that,
This act should actually comes under cyber fraud where you make offers and then charge from the back door, even refusing the information displayed on their own app and email sent by their own portal.
Everyone should be aware of this and not accept any offer made by Temu otherwise you will end up having totally illogical arguments and denial despite having clear evidences.”
“I have placed several orders with no issues then recently they split packages and they dont arrive or arrive late and damaged with multiple excuses all my deliveries should be done by royal mail due to Evri not delivering when they should or not delivering at all, they also take your money the same day you order but on average takes them 21 days to refund which means they are getting interest on your money, after they say they cant do this they cant do that you cant speak to the complaints dept, they send items nothing like the order you placed, I have spent 3 and half hours today with temu via webchat and on the phone and got nowhere, I ordered a pack of 5 tea towels but finally recevied a pack of dont know what they are I have childrens hankys bigger than this useless parcel. I am not waiting 21 days for my refund if I do not get a full refund by close of business (4.30pm) today 16th december I will seek legal action and then you will pay solicitors fees, court costs and it will cost you thousands and all due to the lack of customer service with I cant do that attitudes”

You spin for credits which you never get and get coupon bundles you can't use because they only allow 1 per purchase and they decide "automatically which one is allowed to be used.”
“Stay away from Temu. They rope you in with free items. You play games, refer "friends," and purchase items to get those free gifts. Unless you have unending finances to continue purchasing to get those "free" gifts, those gifts aren't worth it. However, once you stop purchasing or sending invites to "friends", it all comes down to playing the games to get those free gifts. In Farmland, you accrue water, and the closer you get to 100%, the fewer watering points you earn. In other words, once you stop buying or inviting "friends", and it's all about playing the games, it will take you many months of going on three times a day to play their games to get your free items. “We've had no problems with returns we send them back they pay for the printing we go to the UPS office they got my mom's refunds back no problem put him right back onto her card has given me my returns without no problem whether it's credit or cash back cash back does take a little bit longer because you have to mail the thing back to them was there like within 14 days and no not all the quality is good on their products but at the same time you kind of get what you pay for if you're trying to get a computer for 10 bucks it's not going to be a good computer you got to look and do your research on some of the products but they're all in my price range on what I want to get and there's things I'm buying on there that I can't afford to buy in stores that are in good products”
