Temu offers a decent range of items with fairly good pricing. When I first started using the platform, the prices were quite low, which was appealing. Over time, I’ve noticed an increase in prices, but that’s understandable. The initial requirement of a 100 AED minimum for checkout was also reasonable.
However, my main issue lies with their new “free gifts” scheme. To claim these so-called free items, users are required to play games like Fishland or Farmland. While it may seem engaging at first, the process quickly becomes frustrating. The games are designed to make you earn quick rewards initially, but as you near completion, the rewards significantly drop, making it harder to win the free gifts.
What’s worse is the time-consuming nature of these games. They encourage you to share the app, invite friends, browse certain pages, and spend a lot of time on the platform—all for a “free” gift. Honestly, it feels more like a ploy to increase engagement rather than a genuine reward for customers.
As someone who frequently checks out with carts exceeding 100 AED, I find this entire process unnecessary. If Temu wants to offer free gifts, they should make the process straightforward and hassle-free. If not, it’s better not to offer them at all. In today’s busy world, nobody has time to play games for hours just to claim a freebie.
I’d much prefer if Temu focused on offering cashback or discounts, as these can be easily used for future purchases without wasting time or effort.”

FEDEX 282140008025 shows it was delivered to an address in 60628. If you look at my address on file that is not my zipcode. Nor the zipcode of the shipping address. Even the photo FedEx has as proof is not my house. I don't have a porch with railings. I provided a picture my home also to show that it doesn't match. FedEx won't take a claim because TEMU restricted them. Customer service has opened and closed several tickets denying it. They are basically saying I am lying about receiving a $23 package of paper towels. I have ordered over 300 items from you and have never had an issue. I don't know what more proof you need. I have a ring camera doorbell that shows absolutely no one delivering anything. FEDEX website shows the wrong delivered zipcode and wrong front door. This is such a simple fix with minimal research needed. But they refused to see the evidence that FEDEX provided. I feel it is totally unacceptable for a company as big as yours to not have the access nor people capable of reading and understanding information that the shipping company provided as proof I didn't receive it. This type of run around is not worth the headache. I have a couple of items being shipped. Once I get my last item I will remove this app and never purchase again from Temu again. I refuse to spend money with a company that repeatedly implies I am a thief and a liar. I did not receive this package but I will never waste my energy trying to prove I didn't when I provided all the proof you needed.”
