“Got my Indian picture was suppose to be in a black acrylic frame arrived in all canvases, paper thin & very dull colors. Have been trying for over two weeks to get the right one & all I hear constantly is we're working on thus complex problem what a joke. They email me someone different every couple of days I ask for there phone number so we can talk not a single person will give out a phone number. Past 2 1/2 weeks no closer then the first day. Very frustrating & what an embarrassing company. No more orders from me in the future.”

“Ads often don't list crucial information to satisfy a decision. Several things I'd like to buy, but I need to know measurements, specifications, materials etc. For example I ordered a "super bright" 100w LED light. The ad doesn't specify the lumen output, a measure of brightness. I get a 40w 3550 lumen product. Not what was described and 3550Lm is not bright at all.
They have real inventory management issues as well, everything is just about sold out. I don't want to buy the last of a supply of an item after all the good stuff is picked over. The boxes for the lights I ordered were all crushed.”
“Return policies are ridiculous. Many items were garbage. Tried one last time and ordered small hot water heater only works if water flow is a trickle. Just TRASH”

I have ordered twice and all products had bad quality and they come in smaller sizes like if it was for kids. Also, the packaging is bad, open packages and both times I’ve received them completely just thrown in, like trash, with no protection.
The products from them, don’t look anything like what she is showing on
their app or any videos.
I’ve had to return everything and I will never buy again!”
“I like the products. But the marketing is way too tempting and seductive. I can't trust their marketing tactics. It's way too tricky. They will take me on a shopping spree that there is no end too trucking me into chasing discounts on products... I admit it's fun though....”
“I was enticed to order a cardigan I liked the look of, then was offered it free along with other free gifts. I ordered a few other items, but when the order was completed the cardigan and other gifts weren't on it. When I complained they offered a £16 credit. I ended up cancelling the order, but have only been refunded £26.22 of the £44.76 I had paid. They say I have the £16 credit, but I don't want to ever order from them again and this still doesn't add up to £44.76.”
