“This was an experiment to see if Temu was as bad as the reviews indicate. And it was horrible. The worst part of the experience was the relentless, aggressive, misleading marketing. I really resent gor profit business trying to manipulate me. So I unsubscribed from everything and deleted the app because by then I knew I could never be a happy customer with this company. I didn’t buy anything expensive and I am so glad. First the products are cheaply made and I would never spend more than $7 canadian for anything. Things with moving parts do not turn on. Hair clips and bits of cloth (not clothes) are fine. I tried to add a photo of a heel scrubber I bought. It is easier to use a pumice stone.”
“Temu is a rip off. They have changed their website to make it more confusing and if you have questions, their chat asks all the questions and you don't get to ask them anything. The answers are multiple choice, non of which is the proper answer to your questions. TEMU SUCKS!!!”
“I received my order, I didn’t receive a receipt or items ordered and I don’t think I received all my items!! I couldn’t bring back up what I had ordered!! I didn’t order placemat but received! They ship from all over!! I didn’t get the thing about the free items!!! Ur supposed to get, but U had to order more to get. A ploy a come on to get more orders!! I spent over 100 and No receipt!! Very very disappointing and I won’t order anymore from Temu, I feel it’s very dishonest by giving free gifts and still have to purchase more!! “I like the products. The last order I ordered was delivered to the wrong unit and returned. When I called they would only give a refund instead of resending the products. I really wanted the products sent back. Now that's it closer to Christmas I cant get half the stuff I wanted. So no they didn't make me happy and the shipping company should have done there job properly.”

“They are clear and concise in their advertising ; be conscious of that and READ descriptions before assuming everything in the display picture is included (or to size/scale.) In my experience the only purchase I didn’t want to keep was very large printed canvas the pixels were too big for my OCD. I sold onto someone else who it didn’t bother. Other than that I have received incredible value, clear communication regarding postage, prompt delivery, rewards and promotions. I am especially happy with the early learning toys I got for my children. They are interactive & well engineered. The deconstructable truck & kid’s cooking sets are my favourites. Also great way to stock up on all those things you can’t get enough of ; like socks & hair bands. Love that you can customise certain orders like name puzzles.”
“1st 2 orders were good no problems the got email said i got picked open it clicked it it said free shipping for orders over 35.oo i had over 50.00 in bag then it popped up saying spin i did and was suppose to get another 10 percent off it said buy it now to get that offer so i did payment went right through. Then i get the final payment it was over 76.oo so no free shipping actually they charged me 12 dollars shipping and the extra 10 percent off wasnt there its like some of the products actully went up in price .I canceled immediatly as soon as my refund goes through completly im uninstalling the app and im.done this place very misleading ....”

I bought expensive glass cooking pot which cracked while cooking.
No one is responding for replacement or refund.
I have 3 water pipes which i never ordered but in my 3 orders this thing kept on being delivered.
Iam so fed up.
I wish it's returned or refunded both the pipe and the large cooking glass pot”

“They totally misleading people to believing you are getting things free. They tell you to pick your 3 free items. Then you get told you have to spend $40 to receive the free items. Then tell you get $400 to spend like cash, you pick 3 items, then told you have to buy 2 more items, pay & then you'll get your $400 credit. NOPE! You have to spendb$300 to even get $50 free! “Ordered from Temu many times. Yes, products are more cheaply made than others but sometimes that doesn't matter. Purchased a Christmas tree in August. Opened box to put up tree in November.... 4 days past return date. Of course, it was the wrong tree... one that was $100 less than the one we purchased. Reached out to customer service. Back and forth for about an hour and the best they could do was to offer a $15 store credit. Unsubscribed to the site. Will never order from them. again. BEWARE. PLEASE do not give them your hard-earned money. They do not deserve your business.”
“ordered a item ...it didnt arive on specified time ...they claim they will give a refund if late or not delivered ...didnt get refund period ...a month later i recived a call from my bank stating my card info was found on the dark web ...got card replaced and only place i used the old card differnt than usual payments was temu ...so beware they are after your info”

“I got a refund on two items but not the third, the shoes were poor quality.The green garland with bows and lights I did receive had no lights like it was supposed to not to mention it looks black not green. And the green with colored lights I was supposed to get I did not receive. Each pack was a pack of two. Temu denied me a refund for missing item(green garland with lights only)said warehouse packed everything. I even sent them a pic of all items I did receive per their request. I will no longer give them my business I hate companies who cheat people out of their money.”
