Pretty sure they use stolen product photos on their site then try to cheaply replicate them and ship to you. Worthless stuff ( you'll find better at a dollar general), and sketchy app like buying from a sleazy car salesman. When trying to do returns, they only did a store credit. Just stick to tried and true, like Amazon.

Quality is not good. Returns are floating in the ocean near a village and other small villages where people live. It's sad to look it up. Its mostly Americans returning things that are being dumped. How would you like your beaches flooded with this mess?

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The quality of the products was very poor, and the packaging they send is low-quality. Yet, they expect returns to be in perfect condition. I requested a refund to my original payment method, but they issued it as TEMU credit instead. I’m extremely frustrated with this purchase.
The above is posted 2 months ago by Raha jazayeri. This is what I wanted to write too. Especially on refund.

STAY AWAY FROM TEMU! IT'S A NIGHTMARE! NOTHING IS FREE, NOTHING IS DISCOUNTED! WEBSITE LIES, BAITS, OVERCHARGES, RETURNS ARE 2 HOURS ON THE ONLINE WITH A BOT, A HUMAN WHO DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH AN ENGLISH SPEAKING HUMAN WITH A VERY HEAVY CHINESE ACCENT. AND THE PRODUCTS ARE THE LOWEST POSSIBLE QUALITY OF PURE JUNK!!! I'M SO SORRY I EVER TRIED THEM. STAY AWAY!!!

CS is awful, promises not kept for returns or credits. The allure is nothing but a sham. They gave me a fedex tracking number re a replacement of a broken part 7 weeks ago. When tracking, FedEx says they haven't received the package yet. Hmm.🤷

Returns system would only accept the tarps and 11 other items - 18 items in total - in one box, which I cannot lift.

Salt and pepper shaker that was $6ended up costing me $59 with their supposedly free items. Super CHEAP quality and returns are very difficult. Ended up throwing away in the trash. It’s like a hidden scam. I will never use them again

Temu is a deception, they give you coupons to deceive customers because if a merchandise is for $5, when they give you a coupon they raise the price double to deceive and so the customers buy it with the coupon and then it returns to the price they I was honestly Temu is a scam
