Still waiting for several small things. Shelf dividers, display shelves and the list goes on. Decided only way is find other sites. Amazon is more reliable. You may pay more but you can mke returns.

I had to resubmit my returns for refund twice while I waited for everything else to arrive as I only had one free return per order.

Their website is incredibly limited regarding refunds/returns & is set up for the customer to lose a great deal of money.

Very poor Bait and lure company Attempts to charge your account and credit card for more of item ordered and items you did not order Cancelled my account Scan Artist who challenge laws FED TRADE REGS and FRAUD BY SKIRTING THEM AND PLAYING NUMBERS GAME WITH SALES AND RETURNS Stay away Order Nothing and what you do get us of course poor quality Wife ordered me one recliner and sent 4 trying to charge $1000 extra that we are in process of hoping to get sale nullified and or FEDERAL INTERVENTION VERY SLY WITH THEIR FREE THIS AND THAT AS PART OF BAIT AND LURE SALE TECHNIQUES

Makes it so hard to make returns. Almost impossible. They should be shut down and prosecuted. Alot of seniors can't get out so TEMU KNOWS This and scams their customers of their hard earned mody. Making it so so hard to get a refund

Pretty sure they use stolen product photos on their site then try to cheaply replicate them and ship to you. Worthless stuff ( you'll find better at a dollar general), and sketchy app like buying from a sleazy car salesman. When trying to do returns, they only did a store credit. Just stick to tried and true, like Amazon.

Quality is not good. Returns are floating in the ocean near a village and other small villages where people live. It's sad to look it up. Its mostly Americans returning things that are being dumped. How would you like your beaches flooded with this mess?

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The quality of the products was very poor, and the packaging they send is low-quality. Yet, they expect returns to be in perfect condition. I requested a refund to my original payment method, but they issued it as TEMU credit instead. I’m extremely frustrated with this purchase. The above is posted 2 months ago by Raha jazayeri. This is what I wanted to write too. Especially on refund.
