Bought a purse , just gave it to my 5yr granddaughter to play with. I would rather spend 100.00 on a well made purse.
Bought a shirt it fell apart in the washer.”
“I have purchased a lot of stuff, each time hoping that the quality had improved, but I was wrong. Everything, except for some clothing, is extremely cheap and not worth using. Temu's selling practices are also a total waste of time.”
“I am frustrated by the constant munipulation. I'm told I am able to pick three items for one cent each but then the catch comes in that I need to buy 400.00 in order to get the coupon I supposedly was able to use. The lies are exhausting.”
“Temu runs games that don’t really allow you to win the free gifts you pick! I needed to add $1 to get my free gifts and the system wouldn’t let me. I called and was told by a Supervisor I would get my free gifts. They were in the way he said! Never got them! Also the free shipping is not on all products they feature.”
“Temu changes the price you pay for your selected items once you press submit to check out. The item showed $1.94 in my cart $1.94 when I checked out and then on my invoice I was bill $5.95.”
“I have gotten some good items from Temu. If you don't want to ship from overseas, there are local places to order from. But, you have to read the description, and see what kind of material it is or what the dimensions are, just like anywhere else you order from. What I don't like about Temu is the constant "coupon bundles and free prizes". They tell you to pick a certain amount of items and you're saving $, but the prices are a lot higher than they usually are. Like a pair of shoes you normally see for $12 will be $24. You don't have to take part in the bundles, I don't. I also don't like how they telI you to hurry and buy the item in your cart because it's almost sold out. I do not believe this, and I wish they would stop that. I gave them 3 stars because of the shady bundle offers and hurry and buy pop ups and because they need to make their vendors say exactly what a product is in the description.If it's a chair, say it's a chair, if it's a picture of a chair, say it's a picture. Don't get me wrong, there are good vendors on Temu, who include all the accurate information and have quality products at low prices.”
“Temu has gotten from being good to really bad in terms of customer service. They value the sellers more than customers and have policies that inconvenience customers more to discourage refund requests. In clear situations showing that the seller is at fault like sending different items instead of what was ordered, Temu should refund without requiring the customer to return said incorrect items. Especially if returning means having to drive 40km each way to the depot/ drop point.”
“Had to pay double for delivery throught this Buffalo international delivery system that they are using, getting the order is really frustrating any annoying... ordered 2 times already and i will never order again... they are very useless... overall i feel so so scammed.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.”
