“I have ordered A LOT of things from Temu but literally every time I get MULTIPLE emails saying something like "due to incorrect address information. Your order is being held at your local post office. Please send us your correct address, and phone number and your package will be delivered within 24 hours" I had the option of replying with the requested info OR "calling this number" which is how I learned their location!!
Each time I have contacted Temu customer service. Asking them. How did someone IN THE PHILIPPINES GET MY INFORMATION?!?
I actually got other emails, asking for the same info from other locations. Concerning the SAME ORDER!! and because they had my shipping info, IN REAL TIME!! How much more of my info DID A TEMU EMPLOYEE SHARE WITH OBVIOUS SCAMMERS?!?
Of course I received NO REPLY FROM TEMU!!
I then asked Temu customer service to REMOVE ALL, EVERY BIT OF MY INFO FROM THEIR SITE!! Name, address and most importantly MY CARD NUMBER AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES WITH IT!!!
But my only response has been MULTIPLE ADVERTISEMENTS EVERY DAY!!!
I made one more order. Just to see if I would have to enter my card number, which would prove whether they had followed thru with my request or not!! SURPRISE SURPRISE!! THEY DID NOT REMOVE ANY OF MY INFO!!! AND I GOT THE SAME "UNABLE TO DELIVER DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS" BS!!!”
“I was very happy with Temu at the beginning. But lately I noticed charges in my bank account that I didn't order. I'm also receiving items that I didn't order. The latest was that when I went to order something there where items in my CART that I did not put there. Not fair either. I'm a 85 year old woman living on disability and my expenses are quite too much. Sorry but I can't do this anymore.

“I suggest Temu not to keep offering ridiculous credit cash back to clients .
For example I bought some items that gives back 20 % cash back, then the 20% comes for example €13.
Then the €13 , is split in 5 times , then when deciding to buy something the condition is that you have spend €25 to earn the 1 of 5 cash back , VERY RIDICULOUS 😂😂😂”
“I've 'shopped with Temu for about a year now. The items are very good quality. my problem ls of the several i buy when i order, only about half my order comes. I've called the company and their only responce is tuff. my last order was 5 or 6 items that came to over $110 and I did get the coat $35. I have no idea where the other items went. this has happend the last 3 orders and customer service is useless”

“I never received my order; after I got a message from Temu that my order was delivered, I contacted Temu to let them know that was not the case. After many failed attends, I was able to talk with a person, just to get even more frustrated. They asked me to prove I didn't receive the order, really? And to be patient and wait 24 hours, after I already wait 48. I asked them the time of delivery so I could prove I hadn't received the package, but there was no response.
I also contacted the delivery company, On Trac, and the same results were a big waste of time. They were able to tell me the time and day of delivery. I happen to have surveillance cámaras. I sent both companies proof that no one delivers any packages an hour before and after delivery time, also I waited of time. Keep getting the same message, YOUR CASE HAD BEEN CLOSE"”

“Temu gave me a 100 credit I tried to use it . The items I wanted cost 69.00 I tried to empty my cart but temu demand I use all the 100 credit so I did total the 100. But instead of credit they tried to charge me 112.00 instead of them using the 100 credit they promised me so I cancelled it all and called my bank. Do not trust these people or this app. Total scam just use amazon or other reliable apps no scams.i will be deleting account and this app.”
“I am happy with Temu goods I received. I have a complaint, however. I order something and in less thab a week, there is 66 messages in my inbox offering prizes abd special offers. That is harassment and I cant seem to unsubscribe from it. Read my lips: I dont want a soecial offer or a prize! If I refuse the first one, do not keep sending them”
“Received item delivery the day after the items arrived. I only found this out because when I received the e-mail I was outside to get the package within 5 minutes. Nothing there!! I went back to the tracking page and they have a photo of the packages that is dated the day before I got the delivered package e-mail. Neither Temu or the delivery service OnTrac claimed any responsibility for the lost package. It looks like I am out the money I paid. Over $60. Stay as far away as you possibility can from Temu!!!”
“I ordered an $11 tshirt and my bank posted the charge but Temu wanted account validation, which I did several times, to no avail. My daughter REALLY wanted the tshirt so I tried the order with a different credit card. Same outcome! Got a refund.”
“I have shopped with Temu a lot. They have excellent customer service, a few times orders have come late and they gave me a five dollar credit for my trouble. They give refunds with no hassle, sometimes they refund your money and tell you to keep the product. I love Temu!”
