“Temu claims to give cash or credit but I've never received it. All I ever get is add more items to receive the offer👎 Temu is off my list. I enjoyed my asking purchases for my elderly and disabled clients”
“Products are really poor quality. It only looks good on the ad. They also send me the wrong vase that I ordered. They send the much cheaper one. They gave me a refund to use to buy from them but the vase I wanted went up in price so I have to use the refund to buy more garbage from them. I’m very unhappy with temu”
“be careful Temu lures you into order extra items or multiple orders with the promise of getting free items, however, in the fine print I I I have made multiple purchases with the promise of free gifts and but then after the purchase or purchases have been made, I feel like the rules change, and I do not get the gifts. I am considered a platinum customer and that just means they have conned me more than most. there are all these exceptions to getting the free items. and then the chance expires if you don't make a minimum purchase everyday. just remember if they promise free gifts you probably are not going to get them so just make your normal purchase and go on.”
“Unfortunately, the computer chair was never delivered. FedEx was supposed to have the chair at one of their drop off place, which was only 60 miles from where I live. Gave a time for delivery and no delivery. Had a difficult time talking to anyone. FedEx had no record of delivery OR CHAIR. Called FedEx headquarters and was told to get my money back, which I did. Temu comes across as a trustworthy site with very competitive merchandise but... Won't be doing future business with them. They better get wise and drop FedEx. They are known to be incompetent. A friend in business stopped using them years ago with poor delivery service and damaged goods delivered.”
“Tried to exchange a faulty item but was advised by an AI bot that it had to be returned for a refund as an exchange could not be issued, but as advised its faulty and should be replaced.”
“Temu will not support the consumer and their suppliers will tip you off when they can. I purchased some deck tile which was the wrong style and color. After getting return approval they were sent back unpacked and in the original box, but was given half of what was paid as they refund. They claim I used and damaged the tile, but that is totally false. Be careful. I will never trust them to be honest.”
“I've had an issue escalate through customer service where not once did they actually address the issue. On chat, the representative does not directly answer your questions. I asked if 53+47 =100 (in direct line with what my inquiry was) and they fed me some kind of long-winded scripted answer. Even when I repeated the question, they avoided it. They also kept referring to me as "dear customer" although I asked them repeatedly not to do so. After offering to escalate once more, I received a reply at 11:12 pm that the ticket was closed at 11:09 pm, including an invitation to reply before the ticket was closed.”
“Don't use them ever again. Lately they are violating their cancellation and refund policies. If you cancel an item, they ship it anyway making you pay for shipping charges if you return the item”
“I've used the embelish-knit icord and I've been unsuccessful with this item. I've used several tools just in case it was the wool stopping it working. I've noticed the latch hook when turning doesn't close around the wool which stops it working.”
“Return of lots of items despite asking for another label they kept putting it into one. Ended up due to bulk size having to tape two bags together with one label. Two other returns could have accommodated this one bag very small now out of pocket £150 approximately. I am a disabled pensioner on state pension and cannot afford to lose this type of money which will impact my budget severely as I still need to purchase items for hospital stays due. Will make sure it’s reputable company. Not TEMU or Shein. It’s happened before return being declined but for smaller price I didn’t bother but this is significant. AI organisation at it’s worse. Company should look at this for returns.”
“My cart totaled $11.87 when I checked out. PayPal was charged $114.35. As soon as I received the PayPal notification I tried to cancel. Temu said it was too late.”
“Worst experience ever!! The merchant won’t recognize the legal guarantee that apply to the product it sells. The dehumidifier I bought is defective after less than a year of use. They won’t offer a replacement or reimbursement, even if there are obliged to bylaw. Stay away from Temu!!!”
“the pyle products i got from temu shipped quickly directly from the dealer. i like that they ship direct like that. and the pyle 2000w amp sounds very clean. it powers the 6x9 speakers i bought, and brought my whole car to life.”
“We've now bought from Temu enough times to give our overall experience of their 'service'. Whilst some products are ok, most are poorly made copies, with a lot of intellectual theft going on. The customer service is terrible, although they pretend on social media as if it's sooo important to them. They lie, pretend not to understand your issue & chase you around in circles when you have problems. People need to listen to those of us who have experienced Temu & not tthe paid marketers masquerading as customers. Stay clear. Don't even waste your time & money trying them out. It almost seems like they're getting worse now. You have been warned”
