Then you try to appeal to their frustration by offering a $15 credit towards their next purchase, the same way you offer them all the other gifts. Temu has now shifted to local warehouse purchases with include shipping fees unless you spend $30 with a specific vendor. What is frustrating is the process and time it takes to find items from one vendor. I bought from Temu in the past because of free shipping and the ease of shopping. I am done shopping on this site until they change back to the previous shopping model.”
