“We ordered a lot item from Temu. Some good, some so so, but the price is great. However, I received this morning, from US post office, we are required to pay for FINE! due to “FAUDULENT POSTAGE “, pictures enclosed.
We do not want to purchase any thing from an unethical company, which tried to cheat our system.”
“Ordered for the first time. Shortly after $$ refunded and order canceled by Temu. Reason We have issued your refund due to unusual activity. My profile information matched the Paypal information. Tried again and this time refunded within minutes. Same lame excuse.”
“Temu is so slow with the packages sometimes it takes two and a half weeks to get one package and there is no customer service.
The quality of some of that items are horrible I ordered a crop mesh top and it looks like a top for child and it's an extra large The quality is very low.”

“Be very warned that when you return things to this company, you most likely won’t get the proper money back! I had clothes that did not fit as described, material that was very cheap or not as described, etc. they say free shipping and you will be refunded. When you send it back and follow all their instructions they don’t give you the correct refund. They tried to circle around and not answer my question several times. Then they tell me I need to contact Afterpay to have them give me correct refund! They should be contacting Afterpay to tell them to adjust the refund! Bad customer service!
